In Abstimmung mit den st\u00e4dtischen \u00c4mtern beschafft das Zuschussb\u00fcro Bundes-, Landes-, Kommunal- und Stiftungszusch\u00fcsse zur Unterst\u00fctzung des strategischen Plans der Stadt. Die Stadt Miami Beach verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein zentralisiertes Zuschussverfahren, das eine bessere Koordination zwischen den st\u00e4dtischen \u00c4mtern und die Genehmigung durch den Stadtverwalter und die Kommission gew\u00e4hrleistet. Das Zuschussb\u00fcro begleitet und leitet das gesamte Projekt, von der Mittelbeschaffung und Beantragung bis hin zum Projektabschluss.<\/p>\n<p>Das B\u00fcro gew\u00e4hrleistet die Einhaltung bundes- und landesweiter Richtlinien und Vorschriften und \u00fcberwacht Funktionen wie Finanzen, Budgetierung, Programmimplementierung, Leistungs- und Berichtsverwaltung. Die Mitarbeiter der Zuschussverwaltung fungieren als Bindeglied zwischen F\u00f6rderagenturen und st\u00e4dtischen Abteilungen. Zusch\u00fcsse werden f\u00fcr viele st\u00e4dtische Zwecke beschafft, darunter f\u00fcr Investitionsvorhaben, allgemeine Betriebsmittel, Programm-\/Projektfinanzierung, technische Unterst\u00fctzung und Planungst\u00e4tigkeiten. Die Abteilung Zuschussverwaltung unterst\u00fctzt zudem die Verteilung stadtweiter Zusch\u00fcsse an gemeinn\u00fctzige Organisationen und unterst\u00fctzt die strategische Planung des st\u00e4dtischen Gesetzgebungsprozesses und des j\u00e4hrlichen Haushaltsverfahrens.<\/p>\n\t<p>Einige Beispiele f\u00fcr st\u00e4dtische Projekte\/Programme mit Zusch\u00fcssen
