Das Team f\u00fcr Mitarbeiter- und Arbeitsbeziehungen ist f\u00fcr die \u00dcberwachung des Disziplinarverfahrens und die Beratung in Disziplinarangelegenheiten mit dem Ziel der Korrektur und Leistungssteigerung der Mitarbeiter verantwortlich. Im Rahmen dieses Ziels ist die Abteilung f\u00fcr stichprobenartige Drogen-\/Alkoholtests, Tests bei begr\u00fcndetem Verdacht, Diensttauglichkeitspr\u00fcfungen und Verfahren zur \u201eLast-Chance-Vereinbarung\u201c zust\u00e4ndig. Dar\u00fcber hinaus beantwortet diese Abteilung objektiv und offen Beschwerden der Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) sowie Einspr\u00fcche gegen Arbeitslosengeld.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Die Abteilung unterst\u00fctzt die Mission, Vision und Werte der Stadt, indem sie die Arbeitsbeziehungen in der gesamten Stadt st\u00e4rkt. Dies geschieht durch die erfolgreiche Aushandlung und Durchsetzung von f\u00fcnf Tarifvertr\u00e4gen und die Identifizierung von Verbesserungsm\u00f6glichkeiten hinsichtlich Arbeitszeiten, L\u00f6hnen und Arbeitsbedingungen der Gewerkschaftsmitglieder.
