Zur nahen Familie z\u00e4hlen Ehepartner, eingetragene Lebenspartner, Kinder, Stiefkinder, Adoptivkinder, Mutter, Vater, Schwester, Bruder, Stiefschwester, Stiefbruder, Gro\u00dfmutter, Gro\u00dfvater, Enkelkinder, Schwiegermutter, Schwiegervater, Schw\u00e4gerin, Schwager sowie alle Personen aus dem weiteren Familienkreis, deren Verwandtschaftsverh\u00e4ltnis \u00fcblicherweise als nahe Familie gilt und die im selben Haushalt leben (ein Nachweis kann erforderlich sein). F\u00fcr den Tod anderer Verwandter, die nicht zur nahen Familie geh\u00f6ren, werden bis zu zwei (2) Tage Sonderurlaub gew\u00e4hrt. Zus\u00e4tzliche Freistellung kann vom Abteilungsleiter schriftlich gew\u00e4hrt und vom angesammelten Krankheits- oder Urlaubstag des Mitarbeiters abgezogen werden. Der zust\u00e4ndige Sachbearbeiter der Lohnbuchhaltung verwendet den Munis-Grundcode L060 (Codebeschreibung: Trauerfall), wenn der Mitarbeiter seinen angesammelten Krankheits- oder Urlaubstag in Anspruch nehmen m\u00f6chte. Der Trauerurlaub muss sp\u00e4testens 180 Tage nach dem Tod des Familienmitglieds genommen werden.<\/li>\n<li>Angestellte im \u00f6ffentlichen Dienst: Bitte beachten Sie die Regelungen zum
