Als neuer Mitarbeiter auf Probe beginnen Sie mit dem f\u00fcr Ihre Einstufung festgelegten Mindestlohn. Gehaltserh\u00f6hungen werden j\u00e4hrlich leistungs- und kompetenzabh\u00e4ngig gew\u00e4hrt, bis Sie das H\u00f6chstgehalt Ihrer Einstufung erreichen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.miamibeachfl.gov\/de\/city-hall\/human-resources\/compensation\/ordinances\/\">Gehaltsverordnungen | Stadt Miami Beach (miamibeachfl.gov)<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>FRAGEN ZU IHREM GEHALT:<\/strong> Ihr\/e Abteilungsleiter\/in f\u00fcr Gehaltsabrechnung bearbeitet die Gehaltsabrechnung f\u00fcr alle Mitarbeiter Ihrer Abteilung. Bei Fragen zu Ihrem Gehalt wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren\/Ihre Abteilungsleiter\/in f\u00fcr Gehaltsabrechnung. Dieser\/Dieser erh\u00e4lt Unterst\u00fctzung von der Personal- oder Finanzabteilung, wenn er\/sie Fragen nicht selbst kl\u00e4ren kann.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LANGLEBIGKEIT:<\/strong> (Nur f\u00fcr FOP- und IAFF-Mitarbeiter) Nach sieben Dienstjahren bei der Stadt erhalten Sie automatisch eine Dienstalterszulage von 2 1\/21 TP3T; nach 10 Jahren weitere 2 1\/21 TP3T; nach 15 Jahren weitere 2 1\/21 TP3T; nach 20 Jahren weitere 2 1\/21 TP3T; und nach 25 Jahren 11 TP3T, insgesamt also 111 TP3T.
