Er achtet darauf, dass die Bestimmungen des Beamtengesetzes und der Personalordnung fair und ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df umgesetzt werden. Er befasst sich mit Einspr\u00fcchen gegen Leistungsbeurteilungen und Disziplinarverfahren. Er untersucht und gibt Empfehlungen zu verschiedenen weiteren Personalangelegenheiten ab.<\/p>\n<p>Die Sitzungen stehen allen Mitarbeitern (mit Genehmigung ihrer Vorgesetzten) und der \u00d6ffentlichkeit offen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Personalrat besteht aus sechs von der Stadtkommission ernannten B\u00fcrgern von Miami Beach und drei von den Probe- und Festangestellten der Stadt gew\u00e4hlten Mitarbeitern. Jedes Mitarbeitermitglied wird von den Angestellten der folgenden Gruppen gew\u00e4hlt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gruppe I: Mitarbeiter der Polizei, Feuerwehr und Strandwache;<\/li>\n<li>Gruppe II: Mitarbeiter in Verwaltungs- und Aufsichtsfunktionen und<\/li>\n<li>Gruppe III: alle anderen klassifizierten Mitarbeiter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Der Personalleiter fungiert als Verbindungsperson der Stadt zum Personalausschuss.<\/p>\n<p>Jeder Mitarbeiter, der einen Punkt auf die Tagesordnung des Personalrats setzen m\u00f6chte, muss die Anfrage per E-Mail an <a
