Es steht jedem zur Verf\u00fcgung, der eine Beschwerde \u00fcber Diskriminierung aufgrund einer Behinderung in Besch\u00e4ftigungspraktiken und -richtlinien oder bei der Bereitstellung von Dienstleistungen, Aktivit\u00e4ten, Programmen oder Leistungen durch die Stadt Miami Beach einreichen m\u00f6chte. Die Beschwerde sollte schriftlich erfolgen und Informationen \u00fcber die wahrgenommene Diskriminierung sowie Name, Adresse, Telefonnummer und Klassifizierung des Beschwerdef\u00fchrers enthalten. Sie sollte au\u00dferdem Ort, Datum und eine umfassende Beschreibung des Problems enthalten. Auf Anfrage werden alternative Beschwerdem\u00f6glichkeiten zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Die schriftliche Beschwerde sollte vom Beschwerdef\u00fchrer oder seinem Beauftragten so schnell wie m\u00f6glich, sp\u00e4testens jedoch 60 Werktage nach dem mutma\u00dflichen Versto\u00df, eingereicht werden. Beschwerden werden nach M\u00f6glichkeit vertraulich behandelt, d\u00fcrfen jedoch nicht den Personen vorenthalten werden, die den Vorfall untersuchen und gegebenenfalls Abhilfema\u00dfnahmen ergreifen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Mitarbeiter in F\u00fchrungspositionen sind verpflichtet, jegliche disziplinarische Ma\u00dfnahmen gegen Beschwerdef\u00fchrer zu unterlassen und keine Ma\u00dfnahmen zu ergreifen, die von Dritten als Vergeltungsma\u00dfnahme aufgefasst werden k\u00f6nnten. Die Personalabteilung untersucht und pr\u00fcft Beschwerden, stellt fest, ob ein Fall von Diskriminierung vorliegt, und empfiehlt dem Stadtmanager oder dessen Beauftragten geeignete Ma\u00dfnahmen. Innerhalb von 15 Werktagen nach diesem Gespr\u00e4ch wird Frau Mejia schriftlich antworten und, falls erforderlich, in einem f\u00fcr den Beschwerdef\u00fchrer zug\u00e4nglichen Format, wie z. B. Gro\u00dfdruck, Braille oder als Audioaufnahme. Die Antwort wird die Position der Stadt Miami Beach erl\u00e4utern und Optionen f\u00fcr eine sachliche Beilegung der Beschwerde aufzeigen.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn die Antwort von Frau Mejia das Problem nicht zufriedenstellend l\u00f6st, kann der Beschwerdef\u00fchrer oder sein Beauftragter innerhalb von 15 Werktagen nach Erhalt der Antwort beim Leiter der Personalabteilung und beim stellvertretenden Direktor Berufung einlegen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Personalleiter \u00fcbermittelt die Schlussfolgerungen und Empfehlungen an den zust\u00e4ndigen Abteilungsleiter oder, falls der Abteilungsleiter Gegenstand der Beschwerde ist, an den stellvertretenden Stadtmanager. Kann die Angelegenheit nicht zur Zufriedenheit aller Beteiligten beigelegt werden, holen der Personalleiter, der stellvertretende Abteilungsleiter und der zust\u00e4ndige Abteilungsleiter Rat beim zust\u00e4ndigen stellvertretenden Stadtmanager und Stadtmanager ein.<\/p>\n<p>Innerhalb von 15 Werktagen nach dem Treffen antwortet der Personalleiter schriftlich und gegebenenfalls in einem f\u00fcr den Beschwerdef\u00fchrer verst\u00e4ndlichen Format mit einer abschlie\u00dfenden L\u00f6sung der Beschwerde.
