Diese Politik erstreckt sich auf Bewerbungsverfahren, Einstellung, Bef\u00f6rderung, Verg\u00fctung, Sozialleistungen, Schulungen und alle weiteren Besch\u00e4ftigungsbedingungen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Police deckt alle qualifizierten Personen mit einer Behinderung ab, die mit oder ohne angemessene Anpassung die wesentlichen Aufgaben der Stelle erf\u00fcllen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p><b>Definition von Behinderung<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Es gibt drei Kategorien von Menschen mit Behinderungen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Menschen mit Behinderung sind k\u00f6rperlich oder geistig beeintr\u00e4chtigt und dadurch in ihrer F\u00e4higkeit, eine oder mehrere wichtige Lebensaktivit\u00e4ten auszu\u00fcben, erheblich eingeschr\u00e4nkt. Zu den wichtigen Lebensaktivit\u00e4ten z\u00e4hlen unter anderem die Selbstversorgung, manuelle T\u00e4tigkeiten, Gehen, Sehen, H\u00f6ren, Sprechen, Lernen und Arbeiten.<\/li>\n<li>Personen, bei denen eine k\u00f6rperliche oder geistige Beeintr\u00e4chtigung vorliegt, die eine oder mehrere der wesentlichen Lebensaktivit\u00e4ten der Person erheblich einschr\u00e4nkt.<\/li>\n<li>Personen, bei denen eine Behinderung als gegeben gilt, unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob sie tats\u00e4chlich eine Behinderung haben oder nicht.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<b>Zu den k\u00f6rperlichen Beeintr\u00e4chtigungen geh\u00f6ren<\/b><br \/>\nPhysiologische St\u00f6rungen oder Zust\u00e4nde, einschlie\u00dflich Alkoholismus und Drogenabh\u00e4ngigkeit, kosmetische Entstellungen und anatomische Verluste eines oder mehrerer der folgenden K\u00f6rpersysteme: neurologisches System, Muskel-Skelett-System, Sinnesorgane, Atmungssystem, einschlie\u00dflich Sprachorgane, Herz-Kreislauf-System, Fortpflanzungssystem, Verdauungssystem, Urogenitalsystem, Blut- und Lymphsystem, Haut- und endokrines System.\n<b>Zu den geistigen Beeintr\u00e4chtigungen geh\u00f6ren<\/b><br \/>\nGeistige oder psychische St\u00f6rungen, wie etwa geistige oder Entwicklungsst\u00f6rungen, organische Hirnsyndrome, emotionale oder psychische Erkrankungen und andere spezifische Lernbehinderungen.\n<b>Aktueller Konsum illegaler Drogen <\/b><br \/>\n\u201eAktueller Konsum\u201c bezeichnet den illegalen Konsum kontrollierter Substanzen, der so kurz zur\u00fcckliegt, dass die begr\u00fcndete Annahme besteht, dass der Drogenkonsum aktuell ist oder dass der fortgesetzte Konsum ein reales und anhaltendes Problem darstellt. Personen, die aktuell und illegal Drogen konsumieren, gelten nicht als behindert und sind nicht durch diese Richtlinie gesch\u00fctzt.\n<b>Qualifizierte Person mit Behinderung <\/b><br \/>\nVoraussetzung f\u00fcr die Qualifikation ist, dass die Person mit Behinderung die wesentlichen Aufgaben der betreffenden Stelle erf\u00fcllen kann, unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob die Stadt angemessene Vorkehrungen trifft. Personen, die eine unmittelbare Gefahr f\u00fcr die Gesundheit oder Sicherheit anderer darstellen, sind nicht qualifiziert.\n<b>Angemessene Vorkehrungen <\/b><br \/>\nDie Stadt wird angemessene Vorkehrungen hinsichtlich der bekannten k\u00f6rperlichen oder geistigen Einschr\u00e4nkungen ansonsten qualifizierter Bewerber oder Mitarbeiter mit Behinderungen treffen, es sei denn, dies w\u00fcrde den Betrieb der Stadt unangemessen beeintr\u00e4chtigen.\n<p><b>VERFAHREN<\/b><\/p>\n<b>Bewerbungsprozess<\/b><br \/>\nDie Stadt muss in allen Phasen des Einstellungsprozesses angemessene Vorkehrungen treffen.<br \/>\nBewerber und Mitarbeiter werden gebeten, die Personalabteilung so fr\u00fch wie m\u00f6glich zu informieren, wenn sie im Bewerbungsprozess, bei den Tests oder beim Vorstellungsgespr\u00e4ch besondere Unterst\u00fctzung ben\u00f6tigen.\n<b>Diensttauglichkeit <\/b><br \/>\nGem\u00e4\u00df der st\u00e4dtischen Personalordnung kann die Stadt eine \u00e4rztliche Diensttauglichkeitsuntersuchung verlangen, um festzustellen, ob ein Mitarbeiter die wesentlichen Aufgaben seiner Stelle erf\u00fcllen kann. Diese Untersuchung wird von medizinischen Experten durchgef\u00fchrt, die feststellen, ob der Zustand des Mitarbeiters ausreichend ist und welche angemessenen Anpassungen gegebenenfalls im Einklang mit den wesentlichen Aufgaben der aktuellen Stellenbeschreibung erforderlich sind.\n<b>Dauerhafte Behinderung <\/b><br \/>\nEin Mitarbeiter, der die wesentlichen Aufgaben seiner Stelle nicht mehr erf\u00fcllen kann, kann \u2013 mit oder ohne angemessene Anpassungen \u2013 f\u00fcr andere Stellen in der Stadt in Betracht gezogen werden, f\u00fcr die er qualifiziert ist. Ist keine solche Stelle vorhanden oder lehnt der Mitarbeiter die Annahme einer solchen Stelle ab und sind keine angemessenen Anpassungen m\u00f6glich, um den Mitarbeiter in seiner aktuellen oder einer anderen Position zu halten, kann eine K\u00fcndigung in Erw\u00e4gung gezogen werden. Dies h\u00e4ngt nicht von Anspr\u00fcchen des Mitarbeiters auf Leistungen der Arbeiterunfallversicherung oder der Erwerbsunf\u00e4higkeitsrente ab.
