Er umfasst die Berechnung des Barwerts der an die aktuellen Mitglieder auszuzahlenden Leistungen sowie des Barwerts der zuk\u00fcnftigen Arbeitgeber- und Arbeitnehmerbeitr\u00e4ge. Dabei werden die Sterblichkeit aktiver und pensionierter Mitglieder sowie die Raten f\u00fcr Erwerbsunf\u00e4higkeit, Ruhestand, Ausscheiden aus dem Dienst, Gehalt und Zinsen ber\u00fccksichtigt. Er entspricht dem Wert der liquiden Mittel, Anlagen und sonstigen Verm\u00f6genswerte eines Pensionsplans, wie er vom Aktuar f\u00fcr die versicherungsmathematische Bewertung herangezogen wird.
