Senden Sie Ihre <strong>Aufzugsinspektion<\/strong> \u00a0Anfrage per E-Mail an <a href=\"mailto:alejandrosimon@miamibeachfl.gov\">alejandrosimon@miamibeachfl.gov\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0<strong>Bitte beachten Sie:<\/strong> F\u00fcr Inspektionen, die vor 16:00 Uhr angefordert werden, wird der n\u00e4chste verf\u00fcgbare Werktag angesetzt.<\/p>\n<h2>Anforderungen:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Vor der Inspektion muss ein Techniker mit einem Kompetenzzertifikat anwesend sein, andernfalls wird die Inspektion durch den Inspektor der Stadt Miami Beach abgesagt.<\/li>\n<li>Die genehmigte Arbeitskopie der Pl\u00e4ne, die Mitteilung \u00fcber den Baubeginn und die genehmigte Genehmigung m\u00fcssen auf der Baustelle vorhanden sein und die Adresse muss ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df ausgeh\u00e4ngt und von der Stra\u00dfe aus sichtbar sowie zug\u00e4nglich sein.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00dcberstundeninspektionsanfrage<\/h2>\n<p>Alle Anfragen, Zahlungen und \u00dcberstundeninspektionsanfragen m\u00fcssen vor 12:00 Uhr abgeschlossen sein, um sicherzustellen, dass Ihre Inspektion am gew\u00fcnschten Datum nach 16:00 Uhr durchgef\u00fchrt wird. Nach Genehmigung der Anfrage wird Ihnen eine Rechnung zugesandt.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.miamibeachfl.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Overtime-Inspection-Request-Form-1.pdf\">Antragsformular f\u00fcr \u00dcberstundeninspektionen<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>CEIs von Drittanbietern: Aufzugsinspektoren<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Abschnitt 399.13 FS<\/strong>. erlaubt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myfloridalicense.com\/wl11.asp\">Ministerium f\u00fcr Wirtschaft und Berufsregulierung des Bundesstaats Florida (DBPR)<\/a> Vertr\u00e4ge mit lokalen Beh\u00f6rden zur Inspektion von Aufz\u00fcgen abzuschlie\u00dfen und die geltenden Bestimmungen der Bauordnung von Florida durchzusetzen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus k\u00f6nnen lokale Beh\u00f6rden zertifizierte Aufzugsinspektoren (Third-Party CEIs) mit der Inspektion von Aufz\u00fcgen beauftragen.<\/p>\n<p>Zertifizierte Aufzugsinspektoren mit einer g\u00fcltigen CEI-Lizenz des Staates Florida, die j\u00e4hrliche Inspektionen oder alle f\u00fcnf Jahre stattfindende Tests in der Stadt Miami Beach durchf\u00fchren m\u00f6chten, sollten:<\/p>\n<p>Sie m\u00fcssen ein zertifizierter Aufzugstechniker sein und die Pr\u00fcfung muss von einem qualifizierten Aufzugsinspektor (QEI) bezeugt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Der Eigent\u00fcmer der Immobilie ist daf\u00fcr verantwortlich, dass diese j\u00e4hrlichen Inspektionen und Tests von einem zugelassenen Aufzugswartungsunternehmen durchgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Alle Verst\u00f6\u00dfe, die in Ihrem j\u00e4hrlichen Inspektionsbericht vermerkt sind, m\u00fcssen korrigiert werden mit<strong> 90 Tage<\/strong>Der Bericht muss vom Geb\u00e4udeeigent\u00fcmer oder einem Vertreter der Hausverwaltung unterzeichnet werden, um zu best\u00e4tigen, dass alle Korrekturen vorgenommen wurden und die Hebevorrichtung den Vorschriften von Kapitel 399 der Florida-Gesetze entspricht.
