Vermessungsstandards und -anforderungen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anforderungen f\u00fcr topografische Vermessungen innerhalb des st\u00e4dtischen Wegerechts<\/p>\n<p>Die Vermessung wird von einem professionellen Landvermesser im Bundesstaat Florida gem\u00e4\u00df Kapitel 472.027 der Florida Statutes durchgef\u00fchrt und muss den technischen Mindeststandards gem\u00e4\u00df Kapitel 61G17-6, FAC entsprechen. Alle Vermessungsdateien werden im AutoCAD-Format gem\u00e4\u00df den Standards der Stadt Miami Beach erstellt.<\/p>\n<p>Allgemeine Anforderungen: Topografische Vermessungen m\u00fcssen mindestens Folgendes abdecken:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Festlegung einer Basislinie mit 100-Fu\u00df-Stationen. Markierungen gem\u00e4\u00df Kapitel 61G17-6 des Florida Administrative Code und Kapitel 472.027 der Florida Statutes werden vom Vermesser entlang der Basislinie an allen \u00c4nderungen der Ausrichtung, an Kr\u00fcmmungspunkten, an Blockecken und an allen Stra\u00dfenkreuzungen festgelegt. Die Basislinie der Vermessung wird an die Wegerechts- und Parzellierungsmarkierungen gebunden. Jeder Vermesser ist daf\u00fcr verantwortlich, Informationen zu den Wegen aus verf\u00fcgbaren Aufzeichnungen zu gewinnen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Vermesser setzt an geeigneten Stellen entlang des Korridors Referenzpunkte, die w\u00e4hrend der Planungs- und Bauphase des Projekts verwendet werden. Permanente Referenzpunkte sind mindestens alle 300 Meter entlang der Trasse zu setzen. Der Vermesser bindet mindestens zwei bestehende Regierungsdenkmale in den vertikalen Kreis ein und erstellt in Abst\u00e4nden von 30 Metern Querschnitte entlang des gesamten Projektkorridors. Die Referenzpunkte werden von bestehenden Regierungsreferenzpunkten abgeleitet und mithilfe von Verfahren zweiter Ordnung, Klasse II, in das vorgeschlagene System \u00fcbertragen. Den Vermessungsdaten ist eine vollst\u00e4ndige Liste der Referenzpunktstandorte beizuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Querschnittsansichten m\u00fcssen alle H\u00f6henunterbrechungen definieren, wie Kreuzungen, Senken, Fahrbahnr\u00e4nder, Fahrbahnmittellinien, Bordsteine und Rinnsteine, Gehwegr\u00e4nder, Einfahrtsanschl\u00fcsse, Wegerechtslinien, R\u00e4nder des 25-Fu\u00df-Wegerechtsversatzes, \u00dcbergriffe (sowohl nat\u00fcrliche als auch eingebaute) usw.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Der Vermesser muss alle sichtbaren Oberfl\u00e4chenverbesserungen und topografischen Merkmale entlang der Korridorbreite lokalisieren und identifizieren, beispielsweise die Folgenden:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Vorhandene Ventilk\u00e4sten, Wasser-\/Stromz\u00e4hlerk\u00e4sten, elektrische Zugk\u00e4sten, Telefon-\/Kabelsteigleitungen, Z\u00e4une, Hydranten usw.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ober- und unterirdische Versorgungsleitungen, Sohlh\u00f6hen zug\u00e4nglicher unterirdischer Versorgungsleitungen, Holz-\/Betonmasten, Durchl\u00e4sse, Leitplanken, Gehwegbegrenzungen, Stirnw\u00e4nde, Endw\u00e4nde, Sch\u00e4chte, Gew\u00f6lbe, Briefk\u00e4sten, Einfahrten, Seitenstra\u00dfen, B\u00e4ume, Landschaftsgestaltung, Verkehrszeichen und alle anderen erkennbaren Verbesserungen. Beachten Sie, dass bei der Untersuchung Zaunmaterial\/-h\u00f6he, Begrenzungen f\u00fcr Landschaftspflanzenmaterial und Baumaterialien f\u00fcr Einfahrten sowie Eingriffe in Privatbesitz (z. B. Landschaftsgestaltung, \u00dcberh\u00e4nge, Verbesserungen usw.) ermittelt werden.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Die Vermessungsgrenzen m\u00fcssen das gesamte Wegerecht und eine zus\u00e4tzliche \u00dcberlappung von 25 Fu\u00df auf beiden Seiten des Wegerechts umfassen.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Alle Standorte m\u00fcssen an das Koordinatensystem des Bundesstaats Florida, Ostzone (NAD 83\/90), gebunden sein.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Alle vertikalen Kontrollen m\u00fcssen das Datum der Stadt Miami Beach (Mean Low Water Bay Datum) sein.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Vermessungsdaten geben Aufschluss \u00fcber die Geometrie der Grundst\u00fccksgrenzen privater Grundst\u00fccke (einschlie\u00dflich Z\u00e4une, Landschaftsgestaltung und Einfahrten).<\/p>\n<p>Der Gutachter muss sich mit jedem Versorgungsunternehmen abstimmen, um den Standort aller vorhandenen unterirdischen Versorgungsleitungen zu ermitteln, falls diese Informationen ben\u00f6tigt werden.\n<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SECTION 1 STANDARD DESIGN AND PLAN PRODUCTION CRITERIA SECTION 1 STANDARD DESIGN AND PLAN PRODUCTION CRITERIA A.
