ABSCHNITT 2 BAUVORAUSSETZUNGEN F\u00dcR WEGERECHTE<\/strong><\/p>\n

B. Koordinierung der Versorgungsunternehmen<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die Gesetze des Staates Florida (FS 556) schreiben vor, dass alle Versorgungsunternehmen im Bundesstaat Florida Mitglieder von Sunshine One Call of Florida sein m\u00fcssen. Die Stadt Miami Beach ist als Eigent\u00fcmerin und Betreiberin von Trinkwasser-, Abwasser-, Regenwasser- und Stra\u00dfenbeleuchtungsanlagen ein teilnehmendes Mitglied von Sunshine One Call of Florida. Ein Antragsformular f\u00fcr unterirdische Versorgungsleitungen der Stadt Miami Beach ist erforderlich, wenn Versorgungsunternehmen oder Auftragnehmer Arbeiten innerhalb des \u00f6ffentlichen Wegerechts durchf\u00fchren sollen. Das Antragsformular f\u00fcr unterirdische Versorgungsleitungen fordert den Auftragnehmer auf, Sunshine One Call of Florida zwei (2) volle Werktage vor geplanten Aushubarbeiten innerhalb des Wegerechts anzurufen. Im Folgenden ist das Verfahren zum Anfordern, Koordinieren, Protokollieren und Kennzeichnen der Antr\u00e4ge f\u00fcr unterirdische Standorte beschrieben:<\/p>\n

1. Anfragen werden per Fax oder E-Mail von Sunshine One Call of Florida oder den Auftragnehmern entgegengenommen. Die Anfragen enthalten eine Ticketnummer, die Nummer der Stadtgenehmigung, den Ansprechpartner, den Projektstandort und eine Arbeitsbeschreibung.<\/p>\n

2. Der Mitarbeiter der Versorgungseinrichtung protokolliert die Versorgungsanfragen und recherchiert die Versorgungsunterlagen der Stadt innerhalb der ausgewiesenen Bauzone. Die Unterlagen umfassen Trinkwasser, Abwasser, Stra\u00dfenbeleuchtung, Regenwasserabfluss, Trinkwasser- und Abwasseranschl\u00fcsse.<\/p>\n

3. Die festgelegte Zeit f\u00fcr die Markierung von Versorgungsleitungen im Feld betr\u00e4gt gem\u00e4\u00df FS 556 48 Stunden (zwei (2) volle Werktage) f\u00fcr die Fertigstellung von Anfragen zu unterirdischen Versorgungsleitungen oder wie anderweitig einvernehmlich vereinbart.<\/p>\n

4. Koordinierung des Treffens vor Ort mit dem Antragsteller und Abgrenzung des geplanten Ausgrabungsbereichs.<\/p>\n

5. Der Leitungssucher wird mithilfe der farbcodierten Farbe und der Richtlinien der APWA zur Leitungsmarkierung Feldmarkierungen zur Identifizierung der unterirdischen Versorgungseinrichtungen im Besitz der Stadt bereitstellen.<\/p>\n

6. Der f\u00fcr die Ortung der Versorgungsleitungen zust\u00e4ndige Mitarbeiter muss au\u00dferdem die Leitungsmarkierungen des markierten Bereichs dokumentieren und digitale Bilder zur Dokumentation aufzeichnen.<\/p>\n

Versorgungskennzeichnungen gem\u00e4\u00df FS 556 sind zwanzig (20) Kalendertage lang g\u00fcltig.<\/p>\n
