Sanierung von Versorgungsgr\u00e4ben (mit der Option einer flie\u00dff\u00e4higen F\u00fcllung)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zweiter Schnitt: Der vorhandene Belag muss entlang einer sauberen geraden Linie bis zum entferntesten Punkt des gebrochenen oder besch\u00e4digten Asphalts ges\u00e4gt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Verdichtete Kalkstein-Tragschicht, doppelt so dick wie die angrenzende Tragschicht oder mindestens 12 Zoll, verdichtet auf eine Dichte von 98% (der Auftragnehmer muss vor dem Pflastern die Ergebnisse der Dichtepr\u00fcfung vorlegen), modifizierter Proctor T180.<\/p>\n<p>Saubere Hinterf\u00fcllung, keine Steine gr\u00f6\u00dfer als 2 Zoll oder grober Sand. 12-Zoll-Hebeb\u00fchne mechanisch hydraulisch verdichtet, 90%.<\/p>\n<p>Sauberer, grober Sand, hydraulisch auf eine Dichte von 90 Grad verdichtet, modifizierter Proctor T180 oder flie\u00dff\u00e4hige F\u00fcllung gem\u00e4\u00df Genehmigung des Stadtingenieurs.<\/p>\n<p>Bei instabilen B\u00f6den wie Torf, Schlamm oder anderen organischen B\u00f6den, elastischem Schluff oder Ton unterhalb des Grundwasserspiegels ist ein Fundament erforderlich. Als Fundamentmaterial wird 15 cm grober Sand verwendet.<\/p>\n<p>Asphaltbeton Typ S-III, mindestens 5 cm dick. Tragen Sie eine Haftschicht auf die Unterlage und entlang der vorhandenen Asphaltkanten auf.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4sen und erneuern Sie die Oberfl\u00e4che einer ganzen Fahrspur um mindestens 1 Zoll oder wie vom Bauamt angewiesen, bevor Sie den Belag auftragen. Eine Inspektion durch das Bauamt ist erforderlich.<\/p>\n<p>Schritt #1: Flie\u00dff\u00e4hige F\u00fcllung auf beiden Seiten der Versorgungsleitung bis zur Mitte auftragen. Aush\u00e4rten lassen, bevor Schritt #2 aufgetragen wird.<\/p>\n<p>Phase #2: Flie\u00dff\u00e4hige Sch\u00fcttung unterhalb der bestehenden Tragschicht einbringen. Die zu verlegende Leitung darf nicht aufschwimmen. Sofern eine Methode zur Verhinderung des Aufschwimmens vorgesehen ist, k\u00f6nnen Phase #1 und #2 nach Genehmigung des Ingenieurs kombiniert werden. Bei DIP-Rohrleitungen mindestens 15 cm verdichteten Sand dar\u00fcber einbringen oder mit Kunststofffolie abdecken.<\/p>\n<p>Verdichtete Kalksteintragschicht, passend zur Dicke der angrenzenden Tragschicht, oder mindestens 12 Zoll, in 6 Zoll dicken Schichten auf eine Dichte von 98% verdichtet. 9Der Auftragnehmer muss vor dem Pflastern die Ergebnisse der Dichtepr\u00fcfung vorlegen) modifizierter Proctor T180.<\/p>\n<p>Asphaltbeton: Typ S-III, mindestens 5 cm dick.
