Tiefe der Entfernung von Wurzeln, St\u00fcmpfen und anderem Abfall.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In allen Bereichen, in denen Aushubarbeiten durchgef\u00fchrt werden und das Aushubmaterial f\u00fcr den Bau von Stra\u00dfenb\u00f6schungen, Stra\u00dfenuntergr\u00fcnden oder Stra\u00dfenbel\u00e4gen verwendet werden soll, sowie in allen Bereichen, in denen Stra\u00dfenb\u00f6schungen errichtet werden, m\u00fcssen Wurzeln und andere Ablagerungen bis zu einer Tiefe von mindestens 30 cm unter der Erdoberfl\u00e4che entfernt werden. Anschlie\u00dfend muss die Oberfl\u00e4che mindestens 15 cm tief gepfl\u00fcgt und alle freigelegten Wurzeln bis zu einer Tiefe von mindestens 30 cm entfernt werden. Alle Baumst\u00fcmpfe innerhalb der Fahrbahn sind vom Auftragnehmer vollst\u00e4ndig zu entfernen und zu entsorgen.<\/p>\n<p>Bei Ausgrabungen innerhalb des Stra\u00dfenbereichs und bei Ausgrabungen f\u00fcr Bauwerke m\u00fcssen alle Wurzeln usw., die durch die fertige Ausgrabung ragen oder an der Oberfl\u00e4che sichtbar sind, bis zu einer Tiefe von mindestens einem Fu\u00df unter der Ausgrabungsoberfl\u00e4che entfernt werden.<\/p>\n<p>In Entnahmegruben, Materialgruben und Seitengr\u00e4ben m\u00fcssen alle Baumst\u00fcmpfe, Wurzeln usw., die durch die Oberfl\u00e4che der fertigen Ausgrabung ragen oder auf dieser sichtbar sind, entfernt oder unterhalb der fertigen Aushuboberfl\u00e4che abgeschnitten werden.<\/p>\n<p>In Entnahme- und Materialgruben darf innerhalb eines Meters innerhalb der Wegerechtslinie kein Roden oder Entfernen von Baumst\u00fcmpfen erfolgen.<\/p>\n<p>In allen anderen Bereichen, in denen standardm\u00e4\u00dfiges Roden und Entfernen von Wurzeln durchgef\u00fchrt werden muss, m\u00fcssen Wurzeln und andere Abf\u00e4lle, die durch die Oberfl\u00e4che des urspr\u00fcnglichen Bodens ragen oder auf dieser erscheinen, bis zu einer Tiefe von einem Fu\u00df unter der Oberfl\u00e4che entfernt werden.
