Entfernung bestehender Strukturen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Abzurei\u00dfende Bauwerke: Die in diesem Artikel beschriebenen Arbeiten umfassen den Abriss und die Entsorgung des Materials bestehender Bauwerke. Abzurei\u00dfende Bauwerke sind: (1) die in den Pl\u00e4nen dargestellten Bauwerke oder Bauwerksteile; (2) Bauwerke, die sich innerhalb der zu rodenden und zu rodenden Fl\u00e4che befinden und deren Abriss vom Ingenieur angeordnet wurde; (3) Bauwerke oder Bauwerksteile, deren Abriss notwendig ist, um neue Bauwerke, Versorgungseinrichtungen und andere in den Pl\u00e4nen ausgewiesene Zubeh\u00f6rteile oder Hindernisse zu errichten.<\/p>\n<p>Methode zur Entfernung:<\/p>\n<p>Die Bauwerke sind so zu entfernen, dass keine Hindernisse f\u00fcr geplante Neubauten oder Wasserwege entstehen. Pf\u00e4hle sind mindestens zwei Fu\u00df unterhalb der Gel\u00e4ndelinie zu ziehen, abzuschneiden oder abzubrechen. (Sollten die Pl\u00e4ne die Aushubarbeiten durch Dritte vorsehen, gilt die Gel\u00e4ndelinie als Grenze der Aushubarbeiten.) Bei Materialien, die Eigentum des Ministeriums bleiben oder f\u00fcr die Verwendung in tempor\u00e4ren Bauten geborgen werden sollen, ist der Abtransport so durchzuf\u00fchren, dass Besch\u00e4digungen vermieden werden. Alle Bolzen, N\u00e4gel usw. sind vollst\u00e4ndig aus den zu bergenden H\u00f6lzern zu entfernen. Die geborgenen Stahlbauteile sind zur Identifizierung entsprechend zu kennzeichnen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Entfernung des vorhandenen Stra\u00dfenbelags:<\/p>\n<p>Die in diesem Artikel beschriebenen Arbeiten umfassen das Entfernen und Entsorgen von vorhandenem Betonbelag, Betongehweg, B\u00f6schungsbelag, Grabenbelag, Bordstein und Rinnstein, sofern dies in den Pl\u00e4nen dargestellt oder vom Ingenieur angeordnet ist oder aufgrund der Bauarbeiten erforderlich ist.
