ABSCHNITT 7: Schwerkraftsammelsystem f\u00fcr Abwasserkan\u00e4le<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

3. PR\u00dcFUNG UND INSPEKTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

A. Auftragnehmer und Ingenieur pr\u00fcfen alle installierten Abwasserleitungen vor Inbetriebnahme visuell auf ihre Ausrichtung. Ein vollst\u00e4ndiger Lichtkreis muss sichtbar sein, wenn man durch das Rohr auf eine Lampe am gegen\u00fcberliegenden Ende des zu pr\u00fcfenden Abschnitts blickt. Der Auftragnehmer nimmt alle erforderlichen Korrekturen an der Leitung oder der Neigung vor.<\/p>\n

B. Der Inspektor der Stadt muss mindestens 24 Stunden vor allen geplanten formellen Tests schriftlich benachrichtigt werden.<\/p>\n

C. Dichtheitspr\u00fcfungen:<\/p>\n

1. Vor der Dichtheitspr\u00fcfung muss der Graben vollst\u00e4ndig verf\u00fcllt und ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df verdichtet werden. Die Pr\u00fcfung erfolgt unmittelbar vor der endg\u00fcltigen Pflasterung des Grabens.<\/p>\n

2. Pr\u00fcfen Sie die Leitungen durch Exfiltrationstests auf Dichtheit. In Gebieten, in denen die Rohre unterhalb des Grundwasserspiegels verlegt werden, stellen Sie vor der Durchf\u00fchrung der Exfiltrationstests sicher, dass keine Infiltration vorliegt.<\/p>\n

3. Sichtbare Lecks im System m\u00fcssen unabh\u00e4ngig von der Menge des Lecks behoben werden.<\/p>\n

4. Das Infiltrationstestverfahren ist anzuwenden, wenn der Grundwasserspiegel am oberen Ende des zu pr\u00fcfenden Rohrleitungsabschnitts mindestens 60 cm \u00fcber der Rohroberkante liegt. Die Infiltration ist mit einem geeigneten Wehr oder einer anderen geeigneten Vorrichtung zu messen.<\/p>\n

5. Ein Exfiltrationstest muss durchgef\u00fchrt werden, wenn ein Infiltrationstest nicht ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df durchgef\u00fchrt werden kann.<\/p>\n

6. Der Exfiltrationstest erfolgt durch Bef\u00fcllen des Schachts, der Leitung und der Anschlussleitungen mit sauberem Wasser. Die gef\u00fcllten Leitungen m\u00fcssen so lange stehen bleiben, bis das Rohr seine maximale Wasseraufnahme erreicht hat, mindestens jedoch 4 Stunden. Nach der Aufnahme muss der Druck wiederhergestellt werden. Die zul\u00e4ssigen Infiltrations- oder Exfiltrationsgrenzen f\u00fcr das gesamte System oder Teile davon d\u00fcrfen eine Rate von 100 Gallonen pro Zoll Rohrinnendurchmesser pro Meile Rohr pro 24 Stunden nicht \u00fcberschreiten; f\u00fcr Anschlussleitungen wird kein zus\u00e4tzlicher Zuschlag gew\u00e4hrt. \u00dcberschreitet die Leckage die angegebene H\u00f6chstmenge, ist eine zufriedenstellende Korrektur vorzunehmen und das System erneut zu pr\u00fcfen. Korrektur und erneute Pr\u00fcfung erfolgen auf Kosten des Auftragnehmers.<\/p>\n

7. Die Leckagemenge aus dem Schacht darf 15 Liter pro Tag und gepr\u00fcftem Schacht nicht \u00fcberschreiten.<\/p>\n

8. Nach Abschluss aller Pr\u00fcfungen und Pflasterarbeiten wird das Abwassersystem auf Kosten des Auftragnehmers\/Bautr\u00e4gers im Fernsehen \u00fcbertragen. Eine digitale Kopie des Abwasserkanalvideos auf einem geeigneten Datentr\u00e4ger und der Inspektionsbericht werden vom Stadtingenieur oder seinem Beauftragten gepr\u00fcft. Der Auftragnehmer ist f\u00fcr die Behebung aller M\u00e4ngel verantwortlich, die vor der Bescheinigung des zust\u00e4ndigen Ingenieurs \u00fcber die Fertigstellung der Arbeiten gegen\u00fcber einer Beh\u00f6rde festgestellt werden.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
