Zweck<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Der Zweck des Ad-hoc-Beratungsausschusses f\u00fcr den Stadtbeleuchtungsplan (der \u201eAusschuss\u201c) besteht darin, die vorhandene Beleuchtungsinfrastruktur zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, Bereiche mit Verbesserungspotenzial zu ermitteln und der Stadt Empfehlungen f\u00fcr einen umfassenden Beleuchtungsplan f\u00fcr die Stadt Miami Beach zu unterbreiten, der die Sicherheit, \u00c4sthetik, Funktionalit\u00e4t und Energieeffizienz der Beleuchtung in \u00f6ffentlichen R\u00e4umen, Wegerechten sowie Gewerbe- und Wohngebieten zum Nutzen der Einwohner und Besucher ber\u00fccksichtigt.<\/p>\n<p>2. Der Ausschuss ber\u00fccksichtigt funktionale Aspekte wie Sichtbarkeit und Sicherheit sowie \u00e4sthetische Elemente wie Ambiente und architektonische Beleuchtung.<\/p>\n<p>3. Der Ausschuss soll Empfehlungen zu den folgenden Elementen abgeben, die in einem umfassenden Beleuchtungsplan ber\u00fccksichtigt werden sollten:<\/p>\na. Sicherheit und Schutz (Stra\u00dfenbeleuchtung und \u00f6ffentliche Pl\u00e4tze).<br \/>\nb. Umweltauswirkungen.<br \/>\nc. Architekturbeleuchtung f\u00fcr Wahrzeichen, \u00f6ffentliche Geb\u00e4ude und Denkm\u00e4ler<br \/>\nd. Energieeffizienz.<br \/>\ne. Richtlinien zur Lichtgestaltung f\u00fcr gewerbliche und private Geb\u00e4ude.<br \/>\nf. Sonstige Angelegenheiten, die der B\u00fcrgermeister und die Stadtkommission durch \u00dcberweisung an den Ausschuss entscheiden.\n<p>4. Der Ausschuss tagt monatlich oder so oft, wie er es f\u00fcr die Abgabe abschlie\u00dfender Empfehlungen f\u00fcr notwendig erachtet. Die Amtszeit des Ausschusses endet nach einem (1) Jahr, sofern der B\u00fcrgermeister und die Stadtkommission nicht eine Verl\u00e4ngerung beschlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B. Zusammensetzung der Mitglieder<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Der Ausschuss besteht aus sieben (7) Personen, die vom B\u00fcrgermeister und der Stadtkommission als Gremium ernannt werden.<\/p>\n<p>2. Mindestkriterien f\u00fcr die Mitgliedschaft im Ausschuss: Personen m\u00fcssen seit mindestens zwei (2) Jahren in der Stadt wohnen oder seit mindestens zwei (2) Jahren Eigent\u00fcmer\/Beteiligung an einem in der Stadt ans\u00e4ssigen Unternehmen oder in einem Arbeitsverh\u00e4ltnis mit diesem stehen. Ausnahmen hiervon k\u00f6nnen durch Mehrheitsbeschluss der Stadtkommission f\u00fcr das Mitglied, das Elektroingenieure ist, genehmigt werden.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Der Ausschuss setzt sich wie folgt zusammen:<\/p>\n<p>a. Ans\u00e4ssige Mitglieder.<\/p>\ni. Mindestens zwei (2) der sieben Mitglieder m\u00fcssen derzeit im Gebiet North Beach wohnen. Dabei handelt es sich im Allgemeinen um den Teil von Miami Beach n\u00f6rdlich der 63. Stra\u00dfe.<br \/>\nii. Mindestens zwei (2) der sieben Mitglieder m\u00fcssen derzeit im Gebiet Mid Beach wohnen. Dabei handelt es sich im Allgemeinen um den Teil von Miami Beach s\u00fcdlich der 63. Stra\u00dfe und n\u00f6rdlich der 23. Stra\u00dfe.<br \/>\niii. Mindestens zwei (2) der sieben Mitglieder m\u00fcssen derzeit im Gebiet South Beach wohnen. Dabei handelt es sich im Allgemeinen um den Teil von Miami Beach s\u00fcdlich der 23. Stra\u00dfe.\n<p>b. Technisches Mitglied. Mindestens eines (1) der sieben Mitglieder muss Elektroingenieur sein, vorzugsweise mit Fachkenntnissen im Bereich der Stadtbeleuchtung.<\/p>\n<p>4. Der B\u00fcrgermeister und die Stadtkommission ber\u00fccksichtigen bei der Ernennung folgende zus\u00e4tzliche Kriterien:<\/p>\n<p>a. Anwendbare Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen, die f\u00fcr die Zwecke des Ausschusses relevant sind.<\/p>\n<p>b.
