Zweck<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Der Zweck des Ad-hoc-Beratungsausschusses f\u00fcr st\u00e4dtische Sanit\u00e4rversorgung (der \u201eAusschuss\u201c) besteht darin, Empfehlungen hinsichtlich der Bereiche abzugeben, in denen Verbesserungen erforderlich sind; M\u00f6glichkeiten zur Effizienzsteigerung, modernste Technologien und andere Hilfsmittel zur Aufrechterhaltung der Sanit\u00e4rversorgung zu ermitteln; und sich in der Gemeinde f\u00fcr Verhaltensverbesserungen einzusetzen, um die Sauberkeit und Hygiene in der Stadt Miami Beach zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<p>2. Der Ausschuss gibt Empfehlungen zu den folgenden Bereichen ab, in denen Innovationen f\u00fcr die Stadt von Nutzen sein k\u00f6nnten:<\/p>\na. Stra\u00dfen.<br \/>\nb. Parks.<br \/>\nc. Str\u00e4nde.<br \/>\nd. Parkpl\u00e4tze.<br \/>\nz. B. Wasserstra\u00dfen.<br \/>\nf. B\u00fcrgersteige.\n<p>3. Der Ausschuss soll Empfehlungen zu den folgenden Problembereichen abgeben, bei denen Innovationen f\u00fcr die Stadt von Nutzen sein k\u00f6nnten:<\/p>\na. Schmutz.<br \/>\nb. Abfall.<br \/>\nc. M\u00fclltonnen\/M\u00fcllcontainer.<br \/>\nd. organisches Material.<br \/>\ne. und F\u00e4kalien.\n<p>4. Dar\u00fcber hinaus kann das Komitee weitere Empfehlungen an die Stadt erw\u00e4gen und aussprechen, die mit seiner Mission, die Sauberkeit und Hygiene in unserer Stadt zu verbessern, im Einklang stehen.<\/p>\n<p>5. Der Ausschuss tagt monatlich oder so oft, wie er es f\u00fcr die Abgabe abschlie\u00dfender Empfehlungen f\u00fcr notwendig erachtet. Die Amtszeit des Ausschusses endet nach einem (1) Jahr, sofern der B\u00fcrgermeister und die Stadtkommission nicht eine Verl\u00e4ngerung beschlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B. Zusammensetzung der Mitglieder<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Das Komitee besteht aus sieben (7) Personen, die vom B\u00fcrgermeister und der Stadtkommission auf freiem Fu\u00df ernannt werden.<\/p>\n<p>2. Die sieben (7) Ernennungen werden, sofern aus jedem Gebiet bereitwillige Ausschussmitglieder ermittelt werden k\u00f6nnen, wie folgt ausgew\u00e4hlt: jeweils zwei (2) Mitglieder aus den Gebieten South Beach, Mid-Beach und North Beach und ein (1) weiteres Mitglied aus der gesamten Stadt.<\/p>\n<p>3.
