Dazu geh\u00f6ren 103 st\u00e4dtische Geb\u00e4ude, das Lincoln Road District, 39 Br\u00fccken, 15 Denkm\u00e4ler, 23 Brunnen, vier Sondersteuerbezirke (Normandy Shores, Biscayne Point, Allison Island und Biscayne Beach), das Weihnachtsbeleuchtungsprogramm, \u00fcber 9,6 km Fu\u00dfg\u00e4ngerzonen entlang der Str\u00e4nde und der Strandpromenade sowie 38 Rettungsschwimmerst\u00e4nde. Die Abteilung arbeitet mit anderen \u00c4mtern und Abteilungen zusammen, darunter Parks und Erholung, \u00f6ffentliche Bauvorhaben und Gr\u00fcnfl\u00e4chenverwaltung, um qualitativ hochwertige Dienstleistungen zu erbringen.\n\t<p>Die abgebildete Betriebsstruktur entspricht dem Modell des Facilities Zone Managements. Facility Zone Manager fungieren als zentrale Anlaufstelle f\u00fcr die Anlagen in ihrem jeweiligen Bereich, um einen sicheren, effizienten und kosteng\u00fcnstigen Betrieb zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Ihre Rolle umfasst mehrere Disziplinen, um die Funktionalit\u00e4t und Sicherheit der gebauten Umwelt zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Facility-Zonen-Management<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<!-- CTA -->\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>\u00d6ffentliche Sicherheit<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Umfasst vier Feuerwachen, das Hauptquartier der MBPD-Polizei und die Nord-Nebenstelle.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<!-- CTA -->\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Parken<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>umfasst \u00fcber 10 Parkh\u00e4user und die Instandhaltung st\u00e4dtischer Parkpl\u00e4tze.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<!-- CTA -->\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Strand<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Beinhaltet die Wartung und Pflege der Strandanlagen, darunter 36 Rettungsschwimmert\u00fcrme und 7 Meilen Strand.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<!-- CTA -->\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Zusatzdienste<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Besteht aus vier speziellen Steuerbezirken, stadtweiten Graffiti-Eins\u00e4tzen, Sch\u00e4dlingsbek\u00e4mpfung und der Umsetzung von Weihnachtsbeleuchtung.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<!-- CTA -->\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Gemeindezentrum<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Besteht aus gemeinsamen Verantwortlichkeiten mit Parks and Recreation zur Verwaltung und Instandhaltung von Freizeitzentren wie Scott Rakow und NSYC.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<!-- CTA -->\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Stadtzentrum<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>besteht aus der RDA, dem Rathaus und angrenzenden Einrichtungen.
