Zweck<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Nightlife Industry Taskforce (\u201eNITE\u201c) ber\u00e4t den Stadtverwalter in Fragen des Nachtlebens und bietet ein Forum f\u00fcr die Behandlung von Problemen mit der Lebensqualit\u00e4t unserer Einwohner, die sich aufgrund der Beliebtheit der Stadt ergeben. Die NITE wird die Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Nachtlebenbranche und der Verwaltung weiterf\u00fchren und verbessern. Ziel dieser Taskforce ist es, spezifischere Informationen zu Trends bereitzustellen, die die Branche beeinflussen, und einen Mechanismus zu schaffen, um Probleme schnell und proaktiv anzugehen und die \u00d6ffentlichkeit \u00fcber die Veranstaltungsplanung auf dem Laufenden zu halten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B. Zusammensetzung der Mitglieder<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Die Task Force besteht aus sieben Mitgliedern. Sieben (7) werden von den einzelnen Stadtr\u00e4ten und dem B\u00fcrgermeister direkt ernannt. Die Amtszeit betr\u00e4gt jeweils h\u00f6chstens ein Jahr. Mindestens drei (3) Mitglieder m\u00fcssen Vertreter von Nachtclubs, Restaurants, Unterhaltungseinrichtungen oder der Hotellerie sein.<\/p>\n<p>2. Mitgliedschaftskriterien f\u00fcr das NITE: Personen m\u00fcssen seit mindestens zwei (2) Jahren in der Stadt wohnen oder seit mindestens zwei (2) Jahren Eigent\u00fcmer\/Beteiligung an einem in der Stadt ans\u00e4ssigen Unternehmen oder ein Arbeitsverh\u00e4ltnis mit diesem nachweisen. Ausnahmen hiervon k\u00f6nnen durch Mehrheitsbeschluss der Stadtkommission f\u00fcr Personen mit spezifischen Kenntnissen oder Erfahrungen im Nachtleben genehmigt werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C. Befugnisse und Pflichten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Befugnisse und Pflichten des NITE sind wie folgt:<\/p>\na. In beratender Funktion f\u00fcr den City Manager in Angelegenheiten zu fungieren, die das Nachtleben und die Gesch\u00e4fte in der Stadt betreffen, sowie in Bezug auf deren Auswirkungen auf die Lebensqualit\u00e4t unserer Stadt.<br \/>\nb. Die Stadt \u00fcber Trends und Ereignisse in der Nachtlebenbranche zu informieren, die eine Erh\u00f6hung oder Anpassung des Niveaus der st\u00e4dtischen Dienstleistungen erforderlich machen k\u00f6nnten.<br \/>\nc. Empfehlungen hinsichtlich der Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Anliegen der \u00d6ffentlichkeit und der Nachtclubbranche und -unternehmen in der Stadt abzugeben, einschlie\u00dflich der Frage, wie diese Bed\u00fcrfnisse am besten erf\u00fcllt werden k\u00f6nnen.<br \/>\nd. Beratung zu Methoden zur F\u00f6rderung des sicheren Wachstums und der Stabilit\u00e4t der Nachtlebenbranche und -unternehmen in der Stadt.<br \/>\ne.
