Sie m\u00fcssen eine notariell beglaubigte eidesstattliche Erkl\u00e4rung ausf\u00fcllen, in der Sie unter Strafe des Meineids erkl\u00e4ren, dass einer der oben genannten Umst\u00e4nde auf die beantragte Ausnahmegenehmigung zutrifft.
