Programm\u00fcbersicht und Zweck<\/h3>\t\n\t<p>Das Art-D\u00e9co-Malerprogramm (\u201eProgramm\u201c) ist ein Zuschussprogramm, das Eigent\u00fcmern von Gewerbeimmobilien die Kosten f\u00fcr Anstrich und Fassadengestaltung ihrer Geb\u00e4ude decken soll. Die unverwechselbare Architektur und die historischen Farbgebungen des Bezirks tragen zu seinem ber\u00fchmten Art-D\u00e9co-Stil und historischen Charakter bei. Dieses Programm soll diesen Charakter durch optische Verbesserungen verst\u00e4rken, die das Ortsbild und die Attraktivit\u00e4t des Bezirks steigern. Die Programmzusch\u00fcsse werden als Zusch\u00fcsse vergeben, die bis zu 501 TP3T der f\u00f6rderf\u00e4higen Projektausgaben abdecken, wobei der H\u00f6chstbetrag 1 TP4T20.000 pro Antrag betr\u00e4gt. Die Zusch\u00fcsse werden auf Erstattungsbasis gew\u00e4hrt, vorausgesetzt, die Arbeiten sind abgeschlossen und die Kosten sind vor der Erstattung entstanden.<\/p>\n\t<p>Die Hauptziele des Programms sind: F\u00f6rderung und Hervorhebung des Art-d\u00e9co-Charakters der Geb\u00e4ude im Architekturviertel von Miami Beach, Schaffung einer einladenden und attraktiven Umgebung f\u00fcr Anwohner, Besucher, K\u00e4ufer und H\u00e4ndler, Unterst\u00fctzung und Ermutigung von Immobilienbesitzern beim Streichen, Verbessern, Reparieren und Erhalten historischer Geb\u00e4ude sowie F\u00f6rderung privater Investitionen und Revitalisierungsbem\u00fchungen innerhalb des Viertels.<\/p>\n\t\t<h3>2. Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr die Erstattung<\/h3>\t\n\t<p>Jeder Geb\u00e4udeeigent\u00fcmer oder gewerbliche Mieter eines denkmalgesch\u00fctzten Geb\u00e4udes im Bezirk ist antragsberechtigt. Der denkmalgesch\u00fctzte Status einer Immobilie muss best\u00e4tigt werden. Alle Antr\u00e4ge von Geb\u00e4udemietern bed\u00fcrfen der schriftlichen Zustimmung des Geb\u00e4udeeigent\u00fcmers.<\/p>\n\t\t<h3>3. Erforderliche Dokumente<\/h3>\t\n\t<p>Ein Antrag wird zur Pr\u00fcfung angenommen, sobald die folgenden Voraussetzungen vorl\u00e4ufig erf\u00fcllt sind. Die Stadt beh\u00e4lt sich das Recht vor, Antr\u00e4ge anzunehmen, abzulehnen oder \u00c4nderungen zu verlangen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Mitarbeiter der Stadt pr\u00fcfen alle Angaben nach Bedarf. Sobald die Mitarbeiter der Stadt festgestellt haben, dass ein Antrag die Zulassungsvoraussetzungen erf\u00fcllt, wird bei einer ersten Inspektion vor Ort die Eignung gepr\u00fcft und festgestellt, ob Verst\u00f6\u00dfe gegen die Bauvorschriften oder gesundheits- und sicherheitsrelevante Probleme vorliegen, die behoben werden m\u00fcssen. Die Antragsteller werden schriftlich \u00fcber den Zulassungsstatus informiert und erhalten gegebenenfalls eine Begr\u00fcndung f\u00fcr die Ablehnung des Antrags.<\/p>\n\t<p><strong>SO BEWERBEN SIE SICH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das ausgef\u00fcllte Bewerbungsformular muss online eingereicht werden und Folgendes enthalten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Farbfotos der aktuellen Fassade vom Gehweg oder der Stra\u00dfe<\/li>\n<li>Konzeption und konkreter Leistungsumfang<\/li>\n<li>Nachweis einer Feuer- und Zusatzversicherung f\u00fcr das Eigentum<\/li>\n<li>Versicherungsnachweis und erforderliche Gewerbeberechtigungen f\u00fcr den ausgew\u00e4hlten Auftragnehmer\/Maler<\/li>\n<li>Drei (3) Projektkostenvoranschl\u00e4ge\/Angebote f\u00fcr die vorgeschlagenen Arbeiten \u00fcber $5.000 (F\u00fcnftausend Dollar)<\/li>\n<li>Zustimmung des Grundst\u00fcckseigent\u00fcmers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0SO BEANTRAGEN SIE EINE R\u00dcCKERSTATTUNG: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ein Unternehmen muss \u00fcber eine aktive und g\u00fcltige Gewerbesteuerquittung (BTR) der Stadt Miami Beach verf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li>Ausgef\u00fclltes W9-Formular, falls zutreffend<\/li>\n<li>Die Stadtkommission kann nach eigenem Ermessen auf Anfrage und Empfehlung des Stadtverwalters weitere Kriterien ber\u00fccksichtigen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t<h3>4. Anreizpr\u00e4mie<\/h3>\t\n\t<p>Berechtigte Unternehmen erhalten einen erstattungsbasierten finanziellen Anreiz, der bis zu f\u00fcnfzig Prozent (50%) der f\u00f6rderf\u00e4higen Projektausgaben abdeckt, mit einem Maximum von $20.000.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Erstattungsf\u00e4hige Ausgaben m\u00fcssen vom Unternehmen bezahlt werden.<\/p>\n\t\t<h3>5. Bewerbungsprozess<\/h3>\t\n\t<ul>\n<li>Bewerbungen werden fortlaufend angenommen und nach dem Prinzip \u201eWer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst\u201c bewertet.<\/li>\n<li>Vollst\u00e4ndige Bewerbungen werden innerhalb von 3-4 Wochen gepr\u00fcft und empfohlen. Wird eine Bewerbung nicht zur F\u00f6rderung empfohlen, wird der Bewerber benachrichtigt.<\/li>\n<li>Die Mitarbeiter treffen sich mit dem Antragsteller, um sicherzustellen, dass die Richtlinien des Programms sowie die Pflichten und Verantwortlichkeiten der Parteien klar verstanden werden.<\/li>\n<li>Empfehlungen basieren auf der Verf\u00fcgbarkeit von Mitteln und den F\u00f6rderkriterien. Jede F\u00f6rderempfehlung muss durch einen Beschluss der Stadtkommission genehmigt werden.<\/li>\n<li>Nach der Genehmigung durch die Stadtkommission unterzeichnet der Zuschussempf\u00e4nger eine Zuschussvereinbarung mit den Programmdetails.<\/li>\n<li>Die F\u00f6rdermittelempf\u00e4nger haben ab Vertragsunterzeichnung sechs (6) Monate Zeit, mit dem Projekt zu beginnen, und zw\u00f6lf (12) Monate nach Vertragsunterzeichnung, um den Arbeitsumfang abzuschlie\u00dfen. Der Bewilligungsbescheid und die Antragsvereinbarung geben die Frist f\u00fcr die Fertigstellung der Arbeiten an.<\/li>\n<li>Alle Arbeiten\/Verbesserungen m\u00fcssen der Stadtverordnung von Miami Beach und der Bauordnung von Florida entsprechen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Erstattung der Arbeitskosten des Zuwendungsempf\u00e4ngers oder anderer Sachkosten ist NICHT f\u00f6rderf\u00e4hig.<\/li>\n<li>Der Zuschussempf\u00e4nger muss den Mitarbeitern der Stadt w\u00e4hrend der gesamten Projektdurchf\u00fchrung monatliche Updates vorlegen.<\/li>\n<li>Der Zuschussempf\u00e4nger muss vor der Erstattung der Kosten Folgendes zur Pr\u00fcfung vorlegen: Kopien von Quittungen und\/oder bezahlten Rechnungen, Zahlungsnachweise (Kopien von Schecks oder Kontoausz\u00fcgen), Nachweise \u00fcber die Auftragnehmerlizenz (falls erforderlich) und Fotos der abgeschlossenen Arbeiten. Weitere Dokumente k\u00f6nnen von den Mitarbeitern der Stadt auf Anfrage angefordert werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t<h3>6.
