F\u00fcr Restaurants ist ein nummerierter Sitzplan erforderlich.<\/li><li>Wenn Sie neue Fl\u00e4chen (Quadratmeter) hinzuf\u00fcgen oder neu errichtete oder renovierte R\u00e4ume nutzen, ist eine vorl\u00e4ufige Nutzungsgenehmigung (TCO) oder eine Geb\u00e4udenutzungsgenehmigung (CO) erforderlich. Wenn Sie R\u00e4ume mit anderer Nutzung nutzen m\u00f6chten, ben\u00f6tigen Sie m\u00f6glicherweise eine aktualisierte Geb\u00e4udenutzungsgenehmigung, die die neue Nutzungsart (z. B. Ihre schnelle Antwort gew\u00e4hrleistet eine zeitnahe Bearbeitung des Antrags. Bleibt der Antrag 90 Tage lang unbearbeitet, gilt er als aufgegeben, und ein neuer Antrag ist erforderlich. Ist der Antrag vollst\u00e4ndig und entspricht er den Bauvorschriften, wird er genehmigt und eine E-Mail-Benachrichtigung an die zust\u00e4ndigen Ansprechpartner gesendet.<\/p><hr \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4> Planen Sie Brandinspektionen, sobald CU genehmigt ist <\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.miamibeachfl.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/quicktip-icon-1.jpeg\" alt=\"Icon\" \/>Sie m\u00fcssen Ihre Inspektion innerhalb von 90 Tagen nach der Genehmigung durch die Planung abschlie\u00dfen, andernfalls gilt der Antrag als aufgegeben und es ist ein neuer Antrag erforderlich. Sobald die CU von der Planungsbeh\u00f6rde genehmigt wurde, f\u00fchrt die Feuerwehr eine Inspektion vor Ort durch.  <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/energovcss.miamibeachfl.gov\/energovprod\/selfservice#\/home\">Inspektionen k\u00f6nnen \u00fcber Civic Access geplant werden.<\/a><\/strong><hr \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4> Abschluss des CU-Prozesses<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.miamibeachfl.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/quicktip-icon-1.jpeg\" alt=\"Icon\" \/>Once Fire Inspection and Finance\/BTR passes, the CU will be issued automatically and a copy emailed to the contact(s) of record. The CU will be required to apply for BTR.Except for CUs for Under Utilized Parking and Medical Cannabis Dispensaries, there is no need for an annual renewal of the Certificate of Use. CUs are issued for the location not individuals or business interest. Business operations that want to amend the CU in anyway, including location, hours of operations, expansion, or any change to approved uses, etc., must obtain a new Certificate of Use.Approval of a Certificate of Use does not constitute approval to commence operating.
