Unangemessenes Verhalten oder der Anschein von Unangemessenheit schadet diesem Ruf. Um diesen wertvollen Ruf zu sch\u00fctzen, ist es allen st\u00e4dtischen Abteilungen, die mit der Durchsetzung von Vorschriften betraut sind \u2013 sei es die Bezirksverordnung, die Stadtverordnung, die Brandschutzverordnung oder die Bauordnung (auch als Regulierungsbeh\u00f6rde bezeichnet) \u2013, strengstens untersagt, Geschenke jeglicher Art (siehe Definition unten) von Personen, Unternehmen oder Organisationen anzunehmen, die eine Gesch\u00e4ftsbeziehung zur Stadt Miami Beach unterhalten oder unterhalten k\u00f6nnten. <strong>Die Stadt hat eine Null-Toleranz-Politik gegen\u00fcber allen Abteilungen eingef\u00fchrt, die eine Funktion regulatorischer Natur erf\u00fcllen.<\/strong> Zu diesen Abteilungen z\u00e4hlen derzeit die Abteilungen oder Bereiche f\u00fcr Bauwesen, \u00f6ffentliche Arbeiten\/Ingenieurwesen, Brandschutz, Planung und Zoneneinteilung, Parkraum\u00fcberwachung und Einhaltung von Vorschriften.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Geschenk definiert<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>\u201eGeschenk\u201c bezeichnet etwas, das von einem Mitarbeiter oder in seinem Namen von einer anderen Person angenommen wird, oder etwas, das direkt, indirekt, treuh\u00e4nderisch zu seinem Nutzen oder auf andere Weise f\u00fcr oder im Namen eines Mitarbeiters an eine andere Person gezahlt oder \u00fcbergeben wird.
