Stra\u00dfe durch zwei Unterwasser-Abwasserleitungen. Diese Rohre gelten im st\u00e4dtischen Abwasser-Masterplan als kritisch und sind in schlechtem Zustand, da sie ihre Nutzungsdauer \u00fcberschritten haben. Stra\u00dfe und Pine Tree Drive.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-1\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-1\">Wann ist der voraussichtliche Fertigstellungstermin?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-1\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expandieren\">Expandieren<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dieses Projekt wird voraussichtlich abgeschlossen sein in <strong>Fr\u00fchjahr 2026<\/strong>, obwohl die Zeitpl\u00e4ne aufgrund von Wetter oder unvorhergesehenen Umst\u00e4nden angepasst werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-2\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-2\">Was erwartet die Anwohner w\u00e4hrend der Bauzeit?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-2\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expandieren\">Expandieren<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>W\u00e4hrend jeder Bauphase kommt es vor\u00fcbergehend zu Fahrbahnsperrungen.<\/li>\n<li>W\u00e4hrend der gesamten Projektdauer haben die Anwohner durchgehenden Zugang zu ihren Einfahrten.<\/li>\n<li>Tags\u00fcber ist mit m\u00e4\u00dfigem Baul\u00e4rm zu rechnen.<\/li>\n<li>Auf der Baustelle werden Bauger\u00e4te, Maschinen und Arbeiter anwesend sein.<\/li>\n<li>Auf dem Pine Tree Drive in Richtung Norden zwischen der W 47 und der W 51 gilt rund um die Uhr Parkverbot. Bitte beachten Sie die Beschilderung, um Ma\u00dfnahmen zu vermeiden.<\/li>\n<li>Parkbeschr\u00e4nkungen auf der W 51 Terrace gelten rund um die Uhr, da der Auftragnehmer diese f\u00fcr Materiallagerung und Bauarbeiten ben\u00f6tigt. Die Arbeitszeiten sind werktags von 8:00 bis 18:30 Uhr und samstags von 10:00 bis 16:00 Uhr. Verl\u00e4ngerungen k\u00f6nnen nach Genehmigung und Benachrichtigung der Gemeinde m\u00f6glich sein.
