Diese Politik muss so strukturiert sein, dass die finanzielle Rendite des Altersvorsorgesystems oder -plans unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der mit jeder Anlage verbundenen Risiken maximiert wird. Zudem muss eine angemessene Diversifizierung des Altersvorsorgesystems oder -planverm\u00f6gens gew\u00e4hrleistet sein.<\/p>\n<p>Die Anlageziele und die Anlagepolitik des Miami Beach Employees&#039; Retirement Plan sind ein Dokument, das die Verantwortlichkeiten der verschiedenen Parteien, die mit der Verwaltung des Altersvorsorgesystems verbunden sind, festlegt und umrei\u00dft. Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden in diesem Dokument verschiedene Kontrollverfahren beschrieben, um eine ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Verwaltung des Systems sicherzustellen. Berichte von Anlageverwaltern, der Depotbank, Beratern und anderen m\u00fcssen best\u00e4tigen, dass das System im Rahmen der Systemrichtlinien arbeitet.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ziele des Vorstands bestehen darin, die Leistungszahlungen des Plans zu finanzieren und dabei eine Risikohaltung einzunehmen, die mit der Risikotoleranz des Vorstands vereinbar ist, durch die Erzielung von Renditen \u00fcber der Inflationsrate vor Kaufkraftverlust zu sch\u00fctzen und einen vollst\u00e4ndig finanzierten Rentenstatus zu erlangen (oder beizubehalten).<\/p>\n<p>Gem\u00e4\u00df Florida Statute 112.661 legt der Vorstand die erwartete j\u00e4hrliche Gesamtrendite des Plans f\u00fcr das laufende Jahr, f\u00fcr jedes der folgenden Jahre und langfristig fest. Die erwartete Rendite des Vorstands f\u00fcr jeden dieser Zeitr\u00e4ume entspricht dem versicherungsmathematischen Zinssatz, wie er in der aktuellsten versicherungsmathematischen Bewertung des Aktuars angegeben ist.
