Die Anspr\u00fcche werden mithilfe eines vereinfachten Verfahrens zur Beilegung von Rechtsstreitigkeiten bearbeitet, ohne dass der Aufwand, die Zeit und die Kosten eines formellen Justizsystems erforderlich sind.
