Bei der Abteilung f\u00fcr Aufzugssicherheit des \u00f6ffentlichen Bauamts der Stadt Miami Beach registrierte Aufzugsunternehmen k\u00f6nnen Genehmigungen beantragen. Eigent\u00fcmern oder Betreibern von vertikalen Bef\u00f6rderungsmitteln werden keine Genehmigungen erteilt. Nach dem Recht des Bundesstaates Florida ben\u00f6tigen alle der \u00d6ffentlichkeit zur Verf\u00fcgung stehenden vertikalen Bef\u00f6rderungsmittel, einschlie\u00dflich Aufz\u00fcge, Rolltreppen, Fahrsteige, Speiseaufz\u00fcge, Materialaufz\u00fcge und Treppenlifte, vor Inbetriebnahme eine Betriebsgenehmigung der Abteilung f\u00fcr Aufzugssicherheit des \u00f6ffentlichen Bauamts der Stadt Miami Beach. Bevor die Abteilung f\u00fcr Aufzugssicherheit eine Genehmigung zur Installation, \u00c4nderung oder Verlegung erteilen kann, muss das registrierte Aufzugsunternehmen Folgendes einreichen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Baupl\u00e4ne durch die Aufzugsfirma auf \u00dcbereinstimmung mit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flsenate.gov\/Laws\/Statutes\/2018\/Chapter399\/All\"><strong>Kapitel 399<\/strong><\/a>, Florida Statuen und <a href=\"https:\/\/codes.iccsafe.org\/public\/document\/FBC2017\/chapter-30-elevators-and-conveying-systems\"><strong>Kapitel 30<\/strong><\/a>, Florida Building Code, einschlie\u00dflich der geltenden BFPA- und NEC-Standards<\/li>\n<li>Von einem professionellen Ingenieur oder Architekten unterzeichnete Aufzugswerkstattzeichnungen<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/ELEVATOR-PERMIT-APPLICATION-REV-2025.pdf\">Antrag auf Aufzugsgenehmigung <\/a><\/strong> \u2013 Ein gesonderter Antrag ist erforderlich f\u00fcr <strong>jede <\/strong>Bef\u00f6rderung<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/AFFIDAVIT-OF-ELEVATOR-PLAN-CODE-COMPLIANCE-REV-07-2024.pdf\">Eidesstattliche Erkl\u00e4rung zur Einhaltung des Aufzugsplan-Codes rev2<\/a><\/strong>\u2013 unterzeichnet von einem qualifizierten Vertreter des Aufzugsunternehmens, das die Genehmigung beantragt<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.miamibeachfl.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Notice-of-Commencement.pdf\">Bekanntmachung des Beginns<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 (f\u00fcr Verbesserungen \u00fcber $2.500,00).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/ELEVATOR-FEE-SCHEDULE-REV-2025.pdf\">Neue Aufzugsgeb\u00fchren<\/a> <\/strong>\u2013 Staatliche und lokale Zuschl\u00e4ge werden auf Genehmigungen erhoben, die auf der Anzahl der Landungen und Bef\u00f6rderungen basieren.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Standalone-Genehmigungen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Die Abteilung f\u00fcr Aufzugssicherheit im \u00f6ffentlichen Bauwesen verlangt f\u00fcr eigenst\u00e4ndige Genehmigungen f\u00fcr gr\u00f6\u00dfere \u00c4nderungen an bestehenden Bef\u00f6rderungsmitteln die folgenden Punkte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/ELEVATOR-PERMIT-APPLICATION-REV-2025.pdf\"><strong>Genehmigungsantrag<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 Enth\u00e4lt eine spezifische Beschreibung des zu erledigenden Arbeitsumfangs<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aufzugszeichnungen<\/strong> Diese m\u00fcssen elektronisch \u00fcbermittelt und gem\u00e4\u00df FS Kapitel 471.025 und FAC-Regel 61G15-23.004 digital signiert und versiegelt werden.
