Die Abteilung f\u00fchrt au\u00dferdem alle Austrittsgespr\u00e4che mit ausscheidenden Mitarbeitern und bearbeitet alle K\u00fcndigungen und Austritte in der Stadt, einschlie\u00dflich der Auszahlung von Urlaubsanspr\u00fcchen. Die Verg\u00fctungsabteilung ist der Hauptverantwortliche f\u00fcr die Personal- und Gehaltsabrechnungsmodule in der Munis-Datenbank.
