In dieser Funktion ist er f\u00fcr die Verfolgung von Straftaten gegen die st\u00e4dtischen Verordnungen vor dem Bezirksgericht in Miami-Dade County, Florida, zust\u00e4ndig. Zuvor war er stellvertretender Staatsanwalt f\u00fcr Florida in Miami-Dade County und vertrat F\u00e4lle von Ordnungswidrigkeiten, Trunkenheit am Steuer und Verkehrsdelikten.<\/p>\n<p>Herr Alarcon erwarb neben seiner Vollzeitbesch\u00e4ftigung und seinem Jurastudium abends seinen Abschluss an der Nova Southeastern University (JD 2023, mit Auszeichnung). Er verf\u00fcgt au\u00dferdem \u00fcber einen Bachelor-Abschluss in angewandter Wissenschaft im Bereich \u00f6ffentliches Sicherheitsmanagement vom Miami Dade College (BAS 2015). Er verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber mehrere Zertifizierungen in den Bereichen Bauaufsicht, staatliche Aufsicht und Geldw\u00e4schebek\u00e4mpfung.<\/p>\nVor seiner juristischen Laufbahn baute Herr Alarcon eine herausragende Karriere im Bereich der Bauvorschriften bei der Stadt Doral, Florida, auf und stieg vom Bauvorschriftenbeauftragten zum Supervisor auf (2013\u20132023). In dieser Funktion leitete er ein Team zur Bauvorschriftendurchsetzung, entwickelte Programme zur \u00d6ffentlichkeitsarbeit und spielte eine zentrale Rolle bei der Politikentwicklung.
