Das B\u00fcro entstand 2004 durch die Zusammenlegung mehrerer bestehender Einrichtungen der Stadt und konzentriert sich auf herausragende Leistungen durch die Kombination von strategischem Management, Ressourcenverteilung, Leistungsmanagement und Umsatzmaximierung.<\/p>\n<p>Eine wichtige Aufgabe des Amtes besteht darin, die Umsetzung einer ergebnisorientierten Regierung mit Schwerpunkt auf Effizienz und Serviceorientierung durch die folgenden geplanten Initiativen zu bewirken:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wandeln Sie den Haushaltsprozess der Stadt in einen ergebnisorientierten Prozess um, indem Sie die vorgeschlagenen und angenommenen Haushaltsdokumente neu ausrichten, um Programme, strategisch beabsichtigte Ergebnisse und die damit verbundenen Leistungskennzahlen und Ziele hervorzuheben.<\/li>\n<li>Erh\u00f6hen Sie die Zusch\u00fcsse und sorgen Sie daf\u00fcr, dass die Stadt regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Zusch\u00fcsse aus Bundes-, Landes-, Kommunal- und privaten Zuschussmitteln erh\u00e4lt.<\/li>\n<li>Unterst\u00fctzen Sie den Wandel der Stadt hin zu einer Leistungskultur, indem Sie Leistungskennzahlen verfeinern, stadtweite strategische Pl\u00e4ne und Arbeitspl\u00e4ne der Abteilungen aufeinander abstimmen, die Pl\u00e4ne zur Steuerung der Ressourcenzuweisung im Haushaltsverfahren nutzen und die Vertrautheit und das Verst\u00e4ndnis des Managements und der Organisation mit diesen Pl\u00e4nen f\u00f6rdern.<\/li>\n<li>Pflegen Sie eine Leistungsmanagementdatenbank, um den Status der Leistungsmessungsziele zu \u00fcberwachen.<\/li>\n<li>Streben Sie zus\u00e4tzliche Effizienzsteigerungen, Kosteneinsparungen und Umsatzsteigerungen durch Leistungsbeurteilungen usw. an.<\/li>\n<li>Erh\u00f6hen und halten Sie die Einnahmen der Stadt im Rahmen der
