Drexel Avenue\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>between 16 Street and Lincoln Lane South is being improved but will remain <\/strong><strong>open to traffic. The project is delivering key upgrades to paving, lighting,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>landscaping, and pedestrian access with a new outdoor performance space at <\/strong><strong>Lincoln Road.<\/strong>\n<p><strong>This work supports the City&#8217;s long-term vision to <\/strong><strong>enhance walkability, cultural programming, and public spaces in the Lincoln <\/strong><strong>Road District.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While construction is underway, restaurants and retail on Lincoln Road remain open for business to all locals and visitors! Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times throughout Lincoln Road and Drexel Avenue, and signage will help guide visitors safely around the work zones.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\" tabindex=\"-1\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-1\">What about deliveries and parking?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<button type=\"button\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-1\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-1\"><i>Expand<\/i><\/button>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Deliveries will remain accessible on a case-by-case basis, as the contractor will remove roadway access to Lincoln Road starting in early June. The city will work directly with businesses to minimize disruption to loading operations during construction. <strong>On-street parking along Drexel Avenue from Lincoln Lane South to just South of Lincoln Lane North will be permanently removed<\/strong> as Drexel Avenue is converted into a pedestrian-only corridor.
