Januar 2025. Das Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck findet um 8:30 Uhr im Miami Beach Convention Center statt<\/p>\r\n<p>\u201eDas 5000 Role Models Scholarship Breakfast hier in Miami Beach ist ein Beweis f\u00fcr das Engagement unserer Stadt, Bildung und Chancen zu f\u00f6rdern\u201c, teilte<strong> Kommissar Alex Fernandez<\/strong>\u201eGemeinsam verhelfen wir der n\u00e4chsten Generation von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften zu Erfolg und Gedeihen.\u201c<\/p>\r\n<p>\u201eIch freue mich sehr, dass Kommissar Alex Fernandez beim 5000 Role Models of Excellence Breakfast dabei ist, insbesondere als Vertreter der Gastgeberstadt des Fr\u00fchst\u00fccks\u201c, <strong>Die Kongressabgeordnete Frederica Wilson, Gr\u00fcnderin des 5000 Role Models of Excellence Project, sagte:<\/strong>Frederick Douglass sagte: \u201eEs ist einfacher, starke Kinder gro\u00dfzuziehen, als gebrochene M\u00e4nner zu heilen.\u201c Und seit \u00fcber 32 Jahren verfolgt das Projekt \u201e5000 Role Models of Excellence\u201c die Mission, starke Kinder zu f\u00f6rdern. Darum geht es an diesem Wochenende, und genau wie Martin Luther King Jr. einen Traum hatte, habe ich einen Traum: Jeder Junge in Amerika kann Teil des Projekts \u201e5000 Role Models of Excellence\u201c sein. Es geht um Pr\u00e4vention, nicht um Inhaftierung. Durch Pr\u00e4vention k\u00f6nnen wir Waffengewalt und Kriminalit\u00e4t ein Ende setzen und unseren Kindern den Weg zum Erfolg ebnen.\u201c<\/p>\r\n<p>Dieses gro\u00dfartige Ereignis wird aus mehreren wirkungsvollen Elementen bestehen, darunter die Einf\u00fchrung des neuen <strong><em>5000 Role Models of Excellence Projekt-Mentoren<\/em><\/strong>sowie eine <strong>\u00dcbergangszeremonie <\/strong>f\u00fcr die <strong>(45) <em>Wilson-Stipendiaten<\/em><\/strong>. W\u00e4hrend dieser Zeremonie w\u00fcrdigen die \u201e5000 Role Models of Excellence Project Wall Men\u201c die Absolventen des Jahrgangs und bereiten sie auf die n\u00e4chste Phase ihrer Ausbildung vor, wenn die jungen M\u00e4nner im Herbst an ihren jeweiligen Hochschulen immatrikuliert werden.<\/p>\r\n<p>Es wird Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck serviert und f\u00fcr einf\u00fchrende Musik sorgt der <em>Miami Carol City Senior High School Blaskapelle<\/em>. Der <strong>Grundsatzrede <\/strong>wird geliefert durch die <strong>Demokratischer F\u00fchrer der<\/strong> <strong>Repr\u00e4sentantenhaus der Vereinigten Staaten, der ehrenwerte Hakeem Jeffries<\/strong>. Au\u00dferdem wird ein lokaler Gemeindechampion f\u00fcr seine philanthropischen Bem\u00fchungen zugunsten der Kinder in der Gemeinde S\u00fcdflorida gew\u00fcrdigt und ausgezeichnet.<\/p>\r\n<p>Das 5000 Role Models Excellence Project wurde 1993 gegr\u00fcndet von <strong>Kongressabgeordnete Frederica Wilson<\/strong>, damals Mitglied des Schulrats, als Mittel zur Eind\u00e4mmung und Abgrenzung der Schulabbrecherquote und zur Unterbrechung des Kreislaufs von der Schule ins Gef\u00e4ngnis, indem durch Mentoring und die Schaffung von Bildungsm\u00f6glichkeiten sichergestellt wird, dass junge schwarze und braune Jungen den Weg an die Universit\u00e4t finden.<\/p>\r\n<p>Die Organisation hat sich \u00fcber ganz Florida ausgeweitet und umfasst nun auch die Bezirke Miami-Dade County, Broward, Pinellas, Hillsborough und Duval. Zuletzt hat die Organisation ihre nationalen Niederlassungen in Detroit (Michigan) und Los Angeles (Kalifornien) gegr\u00fcndet.
