\u2013Neues Anreizprogramm f\u00fcr Art-Deco-Malerei startet das Art-Deco-Wochenende 2025 \u2013<\/h3>\r\n

Miami Beach, Florida<\/strong> \u2013 Die Stadt Miami Beach ist stolz, den Start des Anreizprogramm f\u00fcr Art-Deco-Malerei<\/strong>Diese Initiative zielt darauf ab, die ikonische Art-d\u00e9co-Architektur wiederzubeleben, indem sie Immobilienbesitzern und Mietern Anreize bietet, ihre Immobilien im Architekturviertel mit historischen Pastellfarben aufzufrischen. Das Art-d\u00e9co-Mal-Incentive-Programm wird offiziell w\u00e4hrend des j\u00e4hrlichen Art-d\u00e9co-Wochenendes 2025 der Miami Design Preservation League gestartet. 18.-20. Januar 2025 <\/strong>in Miami Beach. Das Programm wird den Ruf der Stadt als weltweit f\u00fchrende Stadt in der Denkmalpflege und kulturellen Innovation unterstreichen.<\/p>\r\n

\u201eWir sch\u00e4tzen unsere Art-Deco-Architektur, die unsere Stadt pr\u00e4gt\u201c, sagte Steven Meiner, B\u00fcrgermeister von Miami Beach.<\/strong> \u201eDie Erhaltung dieser Architekturform ist es, die Miami Beach vom Rest abhebt, und es ist unsere Pflicht, sie zu sch\u00fctzen.\u201c<\/p>\r\n

Das Art-D\u00e9co-Malerei-F\u00f6rderprogramm stellt Zusch\u00fcsse in H\u00f6he von bis zu 501 TP3T der f\u00f6rderf\u00e4higen Projektkosten bereit, wobei der maximale st\u00e4dtische Beitrag $20.000 pro Immobilie betr\u00e4gt. Immobilienbesitzer und -mieter im Miami Beach Architectural District (im Allgemeinen begrenzt durch die 6. Stra\u00dfe im S\u00fcden, die 23. Stra\u00dfe im Norden, zwischen der Lenox Avenue und dem Meer) werden ermutigt, sich zu bewerben und sich an diesem gemeinsamen Projekt zur Bewahrung der geschichtstr\u00e4chtigen Stadtgeschichte zu beteiligen.<\/p>\r\n

\u201eDiese Initiative ist eine Liebesarbeit f\u00fcr unsere Stadt und unsere Geschichte\u201c, sagte Kommissarin Kristen Rosen Gonzalez<\/strong>, der das Programm gesponsert hat. \u201eDie Zusch\u00fcsse werden unser kulturelles Erbe wiederbeleben und Miami Beachs Engagement f\u00fcr den Denkmalschutz f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chste Generation unterstreichen.\u201c<\/p>\r\n

Die renommierte britische Designerin Barbara Hulanicki wird die Stadt als Schl\u00fcsselfigur bei der architektonischen Revitalisierung unterst\u00fctzen. Hulanicki wird zur Authentizit\u00e4t beitragen und historisches Fachwissen einbringen. Sie ber\u00e4t Eigent\u00fcmer und Mieter bei der Farbauswahl und Gestaltung und achtet auf die Einhaltung der Pastellfarbpalette von Leonard Horowitz, die f\u00fcr die Wiederbelebung des Art d\u00e9co eine entscheidende Rolle spielt.<\/p>\r\n

\u201eIch freue mich \u00fcber die Zusammenarbeit mit der Stadt, um Leonard Horowitz\u2018 Beitrag zum Art-D\u00e9co-Design zu bewahren, da er f\u00fcr die architektonische Integrit\u00e4t der Geb\u00e4ude und der Epoche, die sie repr\u00e4sentieren, von entscheidender Bedeutung ist\u201c, f\u00fcgte er hinzu. Barbara Hulanicki<\/strong>\u201eDieses Programm bewahrt die Geschichte, haucht wertvollen Geb\u00e4uden neues Leben ein und sch\u00fctzt ihre Sch\u00f6nheit.\u201c<\/p>\r\n

Mit einem anf\u00e4nglichen Budget von $88.000 soll das Art-D\u00e9co-Malerei-F\u00f6rderprogramm zun\u00e4chst mindestens vier Projekte unterst\u00fctzen. Ziel des Programms ist es, die Innovation, den Optimismus und die Faszination f\u00fcr kr\u00e4ftige Farben und geometrische Muster der Art-D\u00e9co-\u00c4ra zu bewahren, die Einwohner und Besucher anspricht und einl\u00e4dt, den Immobilienwert steigert und lokale Unternehmen unterst\u00fctzt. Es f\u00f6rdert Investitionen in die Restaurierung anderer historischer Geb\u00e4ude und pflegt die kulturelle Identit\u00e4t der Stadt.<\/p>\r\n
