Miami Beach, Florida <\/strong>\u2013 Die Stadt Miami Beach nimmt wieder Antr\u00e4ge f\u00fcr Erstattungszusch\u00fcsse in H\u00f6he von bis zu $20.000 f\u00fcr f\u00f6rderf\u00e4hige Hochwasserschutzprojekte entgegen, darunter $2.500 f\u00fcr private Hochwasserrisikobewertungen.<\/p>\r\n

\u201eMiami Beach ist eine der ersten St\u00e4dte, die Eigent\u00fcmern von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien finanzielle Anreize bietet, ihre H\u00e4user und Gesch\u00e4fte vor \u00dcberschwemmungen zu sch\u00fctzen\u201c, erkl\u00e4rte der Stadtverwalter von Miami Beach, Eric T. Eigent\u00fcmer von Wohnimmobilien in Miami Beach k\u00f6nnen m\u00f6glicherweise auch das landesweite Programm \u201eElevate Florida\u201c nutzen, das k\u00fcrzlich von der Florida Division of Emergency Management vorgestellt wurde. Antragsteller mit niedrigem bis mittlerem Einkommen haben Anspruch auf die volle Erstattung von $20.000 ohne Finanzierungszuschuss.<\/p>\r\n

Das National Institute of Building Sciences sch\u00e4tzt, dass jeder f\u00fcr Resilienz ausgegebene Dollar sch\u00e4tzungsweise $13 an Kosten f\u00fcr Katastrophenhilfe und -bew\u00e4ltigung einsparen kann.<\/p>\r\n

Ein internes Team von Gutachtern wird jeden Antrag anhand festgelegter Kriterien bewerten und priorisieren, darunter H\u00f6he, Wohnstatus, historische Bezeichnung, Einkommen und Hochwasserdaten.<\/p>\r\n
