Dieses Projekt wird den Tourismus das ganze Jahr \u00fcber ankurbeln, neue Arbeitspl\u00e4tze schaffen, auch f\u00fcr unsere Einwohner, und neue Gesch\u00e4ftsm\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr unsere Restaurants, Gesch\u00e4fte und Kultureinrichtungen schaffen\u201c, sagte <strong>Steven Meiner, B\u00fcrgermeister von Miami Beach<\/strong>\u201eEs ist eine gro\u00dfe Investition in die langfristige wirtschaftliche Vitalit\u00e4t von Miami Beach.\u201c<\/p>\r\n<p>Das Grand Hyatt Miami Beach ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der langfristigen Vision der Stadt f\u00fcr den Convention Center District. Es baut auf der vorherigen Investition der Stadt in H\u00f6he von 1464 Milliarden Pfund auf, um das Miami Beach Convention Center in eine hochmoderne Einrichtung f\u00fcr hochkar\u00e4tige Kongresse und Konferenzen umzuwandeln. Der Anbau eines integrierten Haupthotels wird die Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit des Convention Centers deutlich steigern, indem es Unterk\u00fcnfte und Tagungsr\u00e4ume vor Ort bereitstellt, die f\u00fcr die Anziehung erstklassiger Veranstaltungen unerl\u00e4sslich sind. Zusammen werden diese Investitionen Miami Beach als erstklassige Tagungsdestination positionieren und gleichzeitig in den kommenden Jahren erhebliche wirtschaftliche und gesellschaftliche Vorteile generieren.<\/p>\r\n<p>Das von Bernardo Fort-Brescia von Arquitectonica entworfene Geb\u00e4ude wird zw\u00f6lf Etagen mit G\u00e4stezimmern, darunter 52 Suiten mit atemberaubendem Blick auf Miami Beach, sowie vier Etagen mit Tagungs- und Balls\u00e4len umfassen, die das Veranstaltungsprogramm des Miami Beach Convention Centers erg\u00e4nzen. Den G\u00e4sten stehen eine Poolterrasse im Resort-Stil mit Panoramablick auf die Stadt, ein exklusives Restaurant, eine Lobby-Lounge und eine Bar sowie Einzelhandelsfl\u00e4chen zur Verf\u00fcgung, die das Fu\u00dfg\u00e4ngererlebnis auf der Stra\u00dfe f\u00f6rdern. Eine klimatisierte Skybridge erm\u00f6glicht zudem einen nahtlosen \u00dcbergang zwischen dem Hotel und dem Miami Beach Convention Center und verbessert so die Anbindung und den Komfort f\u00fcr die Veranstaltungsteilnehmer.<\/p>\r\n<p>Im Rahmen des Projekts sollen au\u00dferdem fu\u00dfg\u00e4ngerfreundliche Promenaden, Fahrradverleihstationen und eine Anbindung an den \u00f6ffentlichen Nahverkehr geschaffen werden. Dies entspricht den umfassenderen Nachhaltigkeits- und Resilienzzielen von Miami Beach und bietet gleichzeitig Zugang zum nahegelegenen Stadtviertel Lincoln Road.<\/p>\r\n<p>Die Planungen f\u00fcr das Grand Hyatt Miami Beach dauerten Jahre, und die W\u00e4hler von Miami Beach stimmten 2018 mit \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigender Mehrheit f\u00fcr das Hotel.
