Jedes Jahr im Mai nimmt sich die Stadt Miami Beach die Zeit, die Menschen und Programme zu ehren, die unsere lokale Wirtschaft pr\u00e4gen. W\u00e4hrend Nationale Woche der Kleinunternehmen<\/strong> Und Woche der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung<\/strong>r\u00fccken wir die Unternehmer ins Rampenlicht, die Miami Beach zu etwas Besonderem machen, sowie die strategischen Investitionen, die ihnen zum Erfolg verhelfen.<\/p>\r\n

Von Boutiquen \u00fcber Nachbarschaftscaf\u00e9s bis hin zu innovativen Startups \u2013 kleine Unternehmen machen \u00fcber 90 % der Gesch\u00e4ftslandschaft von Miami Beach aus. Sie verleihen unseren Stra\u00dfen Charakter, schaffen Arbeitspl\u00e4tze und spiegeln den vielf\u00e4ltigen Geist unserer Gemeinde wider. W\u00e4hrend der Small Business Week r\u00fccken wir Unternehmer ins Rampenlicht, die mutige Risiken eingehen, mit Leidenschaft arbeiten und zur lebendigen Kultur beitragen, die unsere Stadt ausmacht.<\/p>\r\n

Woche der Kleinunternehmen: Ehrung des Herzens unserer lokalen Wirtschaft<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Nationale Woche der Kleinunternehmen 2025<\/strong> findet statt vom 4. bis 10. Mai<\/strong>, in Anerkennung der wichtigen Rolle kleiner Unternehmen f\u00fcr die amerikanische Wirtschaft. Diese j\u00e4hrliche Feier wird von der US Small Business Administration organisiert und w\u00fcrdigt die Leistungen von Unternehmern und Kleinunternehmern im ganzen Land, einschlie\u00dflich derjenigen, die durch SBA-Programme und -Partnerschaften unterst\u00fctzt werden.<\/p>\r\n

In Miami Beach machen kleine Unternehmen mehr als 90 Prozent der Gesch\u00e4ftslandschaft aus. Sie pr\u00e4gen den Charakter der Stadt, schaffen Arbeitspl\u00e4tze vor Ort und tragen zu einer widerstandsf\u00e4higen und vielf\u00e4ltigen Wirtschaft bei. Um ihren Einfluss zu w\u00fcrdigen, bietet die Stadt Miami Beach in dieser Woche lokale Programme und Ressourcen an, die Unternehmer st\u00e4rken und langfristiges Wachstum f\u00f6rdern sollen.<\/p>\r\n

In diesem Jahr startete die Stadt das Small Business Grant Program. Es bietet berechtigten Unternehmen direkte finanzielle Unterst\u00fctzung, um Betriebskosten zu decken, in Ausr\u00fcstung zu investieren oder ihre Belegschaft zu st\u00e4rken. Das Programm spiegelt das Engagement der Stadt wider, sinnvoll in ihre Unternehmergemeinschaft zu investieren.<\/p>\r\n

Im Rahmen der Veranstaltungswoche veranstaltet die Stadt am Dienstag, den 6. Mai, von 10 bis 15 Uhr im Rathaus (Convention Center Drive 1700, Konferenzraum im Erdgeschoss) eine BTR-Klinik f\u00fcr Kleinunternehmen und eine Business-Concierge-Veranstaltung. Diese Veranstaltung dient als zentrale Anlaufstelle f\u00fcr lokale Unternehmer. Unternehmer erhalten pers\u00f6nliche Unterst\u00fctzung bei der Beantragung oder Erneuerung ihrer Gewerbesteuerbescheinigung sowie Informationen zu den gesetzlichen Anforderungen auf lokaler und Kreisebene.<\/p>\r\n

Die Veranstaltung bringt alle am BTR-Prozess beteiligten Abteilungen auf Stadt- und Kreisebene zusammen. Zu den teilnehmenden Abteilungen der Stadt Miami Beach geh\u00f6ren Planung und Zoneneinteilung, Bauwesen, Finanzen und Feuerwehr sowie das Bauamt des Miami-Dade County, die Wasser- und Abwasserbeh\u00f6rde (DERM), das Wasser- und Abwasseramt und das Finanzamt des Miami-Dade County. Gemeinsam bieten diese Abteilungen koordinierte Unterst\u00fctzung, um Gesch\u00e4ftsinhabern zu helfen, die Genehmigungs-, Compliance- und Betriebsanforderungen zu verstehen.<\/p>\r\n

Das Tourismus- und Kulturamt der Stadt wird vor Ort sein und Einzelheiten zur aktualisierten Pop-up-Genehmigung bekannt geben. Diese erm\u00f6glicht Pop-ups nun einen Betrieb von bis zu einem Jahr, wenn sie in dauerhafte Betriebe umgewandelt werden sollen. Das Bauamt informiert au\u00dferdem \u00fcber das Stra\u00dfencaf\u00e9-Programm, einschlie\u00dflich der Antragstellung und bew\u00e4hrter Verfahren zur Einrichtung von Au\u00dfengastronomie.<\/p>\r\n

Das Wirtschaftsf\u00f6rderungsamt der Stadt Miami Beach informiert \u00fcber F\u00f6rderprogramme f\u00fcr Unternehmen, Unterst\u00fctzung bei der Standortwahl und seinen Business-Concierge-Service, der Unternehmern hilft, sich in den st\u00e4dtischen Prozessen zurechtzufinden und lokale Ressourcen zu nutzen. Auch das Beschaffungsamt der Stadt ist vor Ort und ber\u00e4t Unternehmen bei der Lieferantenzertifizierung und der Vergabe von Auftr\u00e4gen an die lokale Regierung. Das Katastrophenschutzamt informiert zudem \u00fcber das Business Emergency Response Team (BERT)-Programm, das Unternehmen bei der Vorbereitung und Bew\u00e4ltigung von Notf\u00e4llen unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\r\n

Partnerorganisationen stehen ebenfalls mit wertvoller Unterst\u00fctzung zur Verf\u00fcgung. CareerSource South Florida bietet Ressourcen zur Personalentwicklung, darunter Rekrutierungstools, Unterst\u00fctzung bei der Stellenvermittlung und Zugang zu Schulungsprogrammen. Die US Small Business Administration (SBA) informiert \u00fcber Bundesprogramme, Finanzierungsm\u00f6glichkeiten und Ressourcen f\u00fcr Kleinunternehmen.<\/p>\r\n

Auch die Handelskammer von Miami Beach wird teilnehmen und Informationen zu den Vorteilen f\u00fcr Mitglieder, Networking-M\u00f6glichkeiten und M\u00f6glichkeiten zur Zusammenarbeit mit der \u00f6rtlichen Gesch\u00e4ftswelt anbieten.<\/p>\r\n

Zu den aktuellen Programmen geh\u00f6ren das Commercial Lease Subsidy Program, der Facade Improvement Grant, das Job Creation Incentive Program und das Expedited Plan Review Program. Sie alle f\u00f6rdern das Unternehmenswachstum, verbessern die Gesch\u00e4ftskorridore und ziehen Industrieinvestitionen an.<\/p>\r\n

Die Wirtschaftsentwicklungswoche erinnert auch daran, wie wichtig Zusammenarbeit ist.
