Januar, von 8:00 bis 10:30 Uhr \u2013\t<\/h3>\n\t<p><strong>Miami Beach, Florida<\/strong> \u2013 Die Stadt Miami Beach hat das bestehende Genehmigungsverfahren f\u00fcr Anwohner, das den Baugenehmigungsprozess vereinfacht, erweitert und schlie\u00dft nun auch bestimmte gewerbliche Umbauten im Innenbereich ein.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWir optimieren unsere Gesch\u00e4ftsprozesse in Miami Beach\u201c, erkl\u00e4rte er. <strong>Miami Beach Kommissar Alex J. Fernandez<\/strong>, der sich f\u00fcr die Erteilung von Baugenehmigungen am selben Tag einsetzte. \u201eDie Genehmigung am selben Tag hilft Unternehmen, schnell zu agieren, reduziert kostspielige Verz\u00f6gerungen und erweckt leerstehende Ladenlokale wieder zum Leben, damit die Anwohner sie nutzen k\u00f6nnen. Es geht darum, unsere Wirtschaft zu st\u00e4rken, schneller zu einer Entscheidung zu gelangen und Miami Beach zu einem einfacheren \u2013 und angenehmeren \u2013 Standort f\u00fcr Unternehmen zu machen.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Der Erfolg des ersten Genehmigungs-Begehungsprogramms, das Ende Februar 2025 als Pilotprojekt der Phase 1 begann, wurde sp\u00e4ter am 1. Juli 2025 in Phase 2 erweitert. Im Rahmen von Phase 2 wurden bis heute etwa 350 Genehmigungen am selben Tag an Anwohner ausgestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Der Service, der die Pl\u00e4ne am selben Tag bearbeitet, wurde in Phase 3 auf Gesch\u00e4ftsleute und Bauunternehmer ausgeweitet, die ihre Pl\u00e4ne jeden Montag pers\u00f6nlich im Bauamt des Rathauses von Miami Beach (1700 Convention Center Drive, 2. Stock) einreichen m\u00f6chten. Virtuelle Tickets werden zwischen 8:00 und 10:30 Uhr ausgegeben; die pers\u00f6nliche Begehung endet um 12:00 Uhr.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWir setzen in Miami Beach neue Ma\u00dfst\u00e4be in puncto Effizienz\u201c, sagte er. <strong>Steven Meiner, B\u00fcrgermeister von Miami Beach<\/strong>\u201eDiese Initiative zur Genehmigung am selben Tag zielt darauf ab, B\u00fcrokratie abzubauen und unsere Wirtschaft in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen. Wir haben die Arbeitsweise des Rathauses neu gestaltet, um Unternehmern, Immobilieneigent\u00fcmern und Bauunternehmen zu helfen, Projekte schneller und unkomplizierter voranzutreiben. So sieht eine ergebnisorientierte Verwaltung in der Praxis aus.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Es wird erwartet, dass viele Projekte noch am selben Tag genehmigt werden, komplexere Projekte jedoch m\u00f6glicherweise mehr Bearbeitungszeit ben\u00f6tigen. Da das Ziel der erweiterten Phase-3-Initiative die Erteilung von Genehmigungen am selben Tag ist, k\u00f6nnen nur zul\u00e4ssige Genehmigungsarten unter folgenden Einschr\u00e4nkungen eingereicht werden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gewerbliche Innenausbauten bis zu einer maximalen Arbeitsfl\u00e4che von 2.500 Quadratfu\u00df.<\/li>\n<li>Keine Au\u00dfenarbeiten.<\/li>\n<li>Die Zeichnungen d\u00fcrfen maximal 10 Seiten umfassen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Genehmigung durch das DERM von Miami-Dade ist vor der Einreichung von Pl\u00e4nen zur Pr\u00fcfung erforderlich.
