Februar 2026\t<\/h2>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t-Die Ma\u00dfnahme soll dazu beitragen, leerstehende Ladenfl\u00e4chen schneller zu f\u00fcllen \u2013 \t<\/h3>\n\t<p><strong>Miami Beach, Florida<\/strong> \u2013 Um die Leerst\u00e4nde von Gewerbefl\u00e4chen so schnell wie m\u00f6glich zu beheben, hat die Stadtkommission von Miami Beach einstimmig eine neue Verordnung verabschiedet, die die Vorschriften vereinfacht und modernisiert, um die Nutzung leerstehender Fl\u00e4chen durch geeignete Restaurants und Live-Unterhaltung in wichtigen Gesch\u00e4ftsstra\u00dfen der Stadt zu beschleunigen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWir deregulieren und vereinfachen die Genehmigungsverfahren vor\u00fcbergehend, um Live-Unterhaltung und qualitativ hochwertige Restaurants die R\u00fcckkehr an den Strand zu erleichtern\u201c, sagte er. <strong>Miami Beach Kommissar Alex J. Fernandez<\/strong>\u201eWenn man an die Bl\u00fctezeit von Miami Beach zur\u00fcckdenkt, erinnert man sich an beliebte Lokale wie das Van Dyke Cafe, das f\u00fcr seinen Live-Jazz ber\u00fchmt war. Ironischerweise d\u00fcrften solche Lokale, die die Leute vermissen, nach den gerade ge\u00e4nderten Bestimmungen nicht mehr \u00f6ffnen. Indem wir die Genehmigungspflicht f\u00fcr bedingte Nutzungen aufheben, \u00f6ffnen wir die T\u00fcr f\u00fcr Live-Musik, hochwertige Restaurants und beleben unsere Haupteinkaufsstra\u00dfen wieder.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen der befristeten Deregulierungsverordnung hat die Stadt bestimmte Ausnahmen vom Genehmigungsverfahren f\u00fcr qualifizierte Restaurants und Live-Unterhaltungsbetriebe geschaffen. Betriebe, die im Rahmen des befristeten Programms eine Genehmigung erhalten haben, d\u00fcrfen ihren Betrieb \u00fcber den Programmzeitraum hinaus fortf\u00fchren, sofern sie die geltenden Vorschriften einhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Die vor\u00fcbergehende Deregulierung erh\u00f6ht auch die zul\u00e4ssige Personenzahl f\u00fcr Restaurants mit Unterhaltungsprogramm in Innenr\u00e4umen, die ohne bedingte Nutzungsgenehmigung betrieben werden d\u00fcrfen, auf 750 Personen; unter diesen Ausnahmen stellt dies eine erhebliche Erh\u00f6hung gegen\u00fcber der vorherigen zul\u00e4ssigen Personenzahl von 200 Personen dar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eMiami Beach ist bereit f\u00fcr Gesch\u00e4fte. Wir reduzieren die B\u00fcrokratie und halten gleichzeitig hohe Standards aufrecht, damit verantwortungsbewusste Unternehmen schneller er\u00f6ffnen und unsere Gesch\u00e4ftsstra\u00dfen beleben k\u00f6nnen\u201c, teilte er mit.<strong>\u00a0Steven Meiner, B\u00fcrgermeister von Miami Beach.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bestehende, qualifizierte Unternehmen mit einer Kapazit\u00e4t von weniger als 750 Personen k\u00f6nnen gem\u00e4\u00df den Deregulierungsbestimmungen der Verordnung ebenfalls Live-Unterhaltung in Innenr\u00e4umen anbieten, indem sie lediglich ihre Nutzungsbescheinigung\/Gewerbesteuerquittung bei der Stadt Miami Beach aktualisieren.<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zu den f\u00f6rderf\u00e4higen Gewerbegebieten geh\u00f6ren:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lincoln Road zwischen Collins Avenue und Alton Road;<\/li>\n<li>Washington Avenue zwischen 5th Street und Lincoln Road;<\/li>\n<li>Collins Avenue zwischen der 65. und 75. Stra\u00dfe;<\/li>\n<li>71. Stra\u00dfe oder Normandy Drive zwischen Collins Avenue und Rue Notre Dame; und<\/li>\n<li>41.
