Fernandez, k\u00fcrzlich in den Entwicklungs-, Bauordnungs- und Sanierungsausschuss des St\u00e4dtebundes von Florida f\u00fcr die Jahre 2026-2027 berufen wurde \u2013 einen der f\u00fcnf politischen Gesetzgebungsaussch\u00fcsse des St\u00e4dtebundes.<\/p>\n<p>Die Vorsitzenden, stellvertretenden Vorsitzenden und Mitglieder des Ausschusses f\u00fcr Gesetzgebungspolitik wurden von Mark Franks, dem Pr\u00e4sidenten der Florida League of Cities und B\u00fcrgermeister von Shalimar, ernannt.<\/p>\n<p>Als Mitglied des Ausschusses f\u00fcr Gesetzgebungspolitik wird Fernandez an der Entwicklung der Gesetzgebungsplattform des Verbandes mitwirken. Diese Plattform beschreibt die Priorit\u00e4tsthemen, die die t\u00e4gliche Kommunalverwaltung und die Entscheidungsfindung vor Ort in der kommenden Legislaturperiode voraussichtlich am st\u00e4rksten beeinflussen werden. Zudem soll sie den Mitarbeitern des Verbandes helfen, die praktischen Auswirkungen geplanter Gesetze zu verstehen. Ausschussmitglieder sind au\u00dferdem dazu angehalten, sich w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Gesetzgebungsprozesses f\u00fcr die Belange der Kommunen einzusetzen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn einer Zeit, in der St\u00e4dte in ganz Florida weiterhin mit Bestrebungen konfrontiert sind, die die lokale Entscheidungsfindung untergraben, ist die Arbeit des St\u00e4dtebundes von Florida und seines Ausschusses f\u00fcr Entwicklung, Bauordnung und Stadterneuerung von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung.\u201c<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>\u201dwar noch nie wichtiger\u201c, sagte er. <strong>Kommissar Alex J. Er leitet den Ausschuss f\u00fcr \u00f6ffentliche Sicherheit und Lebensqualit\u00e4t in den Stadtvierteln, ist stellvertretender Vorsitzender des Ausschusses f\u00fcr Landnutzung und Nachhaltigkeit und bringt mehr als zwanzig Jahre Erfahrung in der Verwaltung und Gesetzgebung in den \u00f6ffentlichen Dienst ein.
