La parte presencial (una hora) se imparte en nuestra moderna sala de capacitaci\u00f3n. El componente pr\u00e1ctico de defensa personal (dos horas) tambi\u00e9n se imparte en la sala de t\u00e1cticas defensivas aprobada por el Departamento de Polic\u00eda de Florida (FDLE).<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfEs esta una clase grupal o un entrenamiento individual?<\/strong> Es una clase grupal compuesta en promedio de diez a quince estudiantes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9nes son los instructores de la clase?<\/strong> La clase es impartida por tres instructores de t\u00e1cticas defensivas policiales certificados por la FDLE (oficiales Noel Castillo, Wil Collado y Vivian Thayer).<\/p>\n<strong>Otra informaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><br \/>\nEl curso de Autodefensa Femenina, de tres horas de duraci\u00f3n, ense\u00f1a a las estudiantes a desbaratar proactivamente el plan de un agresor mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas espec\u00edficas y la mentalidad adecuada.
