La Ciudad de Miami Beach inicia su proceso presupuestario con una planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica que identifica las necesidades y prioridades de la comunidad, lo que establece objetivos generales que gu\u00edan dicho proceso. Estos se combinan con una proyecci\u00f3n preliminar de ingresos y gastos basada en las tendencias y an\u00e1lisis financieros, que se perfecciona a lo largo del proceso hasta la aprobaci\u00f3n del presupuesto final en septiembre.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el desarrollo del presupuesto anual de la Ciudad, se llevan a cabo reuniones internas con el personal de la Ciudad y el Administrador de la Ciudad, el Comit\u00e9 Asesor de Presupuesto, el Comit\u00e9 de Finanzas y Resiliencia Econ\u00f3mica de la Ciudad (FERC) y la Comisi\u00f3n de la Ciudad, entre otros, para obtener aportes y directivas con respecto al presupuesto anual y su alineaci\u00f3n con el Plan Estrat\u00e9gico de la Ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n encontrar\u00e1 un resumen de los documentos presentados por la Administraci\u00f3n de la Ciudad en varias reuniones con respecto al avance del desarrollo del presupuesto anual de la
