El Centro es un espacio multiusos dise\u00f1ado para dinamizar el Bandshell Park, el arenal adyacente frente al mar, y permitir usos complementarios para el Miami Beach Bandshell.<\/p>\n<p>El edificio fue desarrollado y construido por UNIDAD de Miami Beach, Inc., como parte de un Acuerdo de Gesti\u00f3n a largo plazo con la Ciudad de Miami Beach que permite a UNIDAD administrar el Centro durante el d\u00eda como Centro para Personas Mayores de North Beach y como lugar de eventos y artes culturales en todos los dem\u00e1s momentos.<\/p>\n<p>El North Beach Senior Center es el \u00fanico centro para personas mayores independiente de la ciudad de Miami Beach y ofrece a los residentes mayores de Miami Beach una gran cantidad de actividades sociales, clases de bienestar, apoyo nutricional, actividades recreativas y programaci\u00f3n cultural, que incluye arte, danza y m\u00fasica.<\/p>\n<p>El Centro es operado por UNIDAD en asociaci\u00f3n con la Ciudad de Miami Beach, la Alianza sobre el Envejecimiento y las Escuelas P\u00fablicas de Miami-Dade, y est\u00e1 abierto a todos los residentes de Miami Beach que cumplan la edad requerida y es gratuito para el p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>Los
