Capri asiste a la Escuela Primaria South Pointe, donde Joe es vicepresidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Padres y Maestros (PTA). Joe tambi\u00e9n form\u00f3 parte con orgullo de la Junta de Planificaci\u00f3n antes de ser elegido miembro de la Comisi\u00f3n Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>Desde temprana edad, Joe vio de primera mano la importancia de la comunidad y de ayudar a los necesitados, viendo a su madre despertarse a las 4:30 a. m. todos los d\u00edas como enfermera en el Hospital de Ni\u00f1os de Filadelfia.<\/p>\n<p>Tras graduarse de la Universidad Estatal de Pensilvania con t\u00edtulos en Finanzas y Derecho Mercantil, Joe comenz\u00f3 a trabajar en el programa de analista de Banca de Inversi\u00f3n y Mercados de Capitales de Merrill Lynch. Posteriormente, trabaj\u00f3 durante casi una d\u00e9cada en el grupo de Mercados de Capitales Municipales de Deutsche Bank, colaborando con cientos de ciudades y municipios de todo el pa\u00eds, donde desarroll\u00f3 un profundo inter\u00e9s y experiencia en el gobierno local.<\/p>\n<p>Joe es actualmente vicepresidente de Loop Capital, un banco de inversi\u00f3n privado de propiedad afroamericana que ofrece soluciones de capital a entidades corporativas, gubernamentales e institucionales de todo el mundo.
