El equipo de Relaciones Laborales y con Empleados es responsable de supervisar el proceso disciplinario y de brindar orientaci\u00f3n sobre asuntos disciplinarios con el fin de corregir y mejorar el desempe\u00f1o de los empleados. Para lograr este objetivo, la divisi\u00f3n es responsable de las pruebas aleatorias de drogas y alcohol, las pruebas por sospecha razonable, la aptitud para el trabajo y los procesos de &quot;acuerdos de \u00faltima oportunidad&quot;. Adem\u00e1s, esta divisi\u00f3n responde a las quejas de la Comisi\u00f3n para la Igualdad de Oportunidades en el Empleo (EEOC) de manera objetiva y proactiva, as\u00ed como a las apelaciones de compensaci\u00f3n por desempleo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0La divisi\u00f3n apoya la misi\u00f3n, la visi\u00f3n y los valores de la Ciudad fortaleciendo las relaciones laborales en toda la ciudad mediante la negociaci\u00f3n y el cumplimiento exitosos de cinco convenios colectivos y la identificaci\u00f3n de oportunidades de mejora en cuanto a horarios, salarios y condiciones laborales de los empleados sindicalizados.
