Con el Plan Cafeter\u00eda, la retenci\u00f3n de impuestos federales se calcula despu\u00e9s de deducir de su salario bruto el monto en d\u00f3lares de su parte de las primas del seguro de vida, m\u00e9dico, dental o de discapacidad. El monto reducido del salario sujeto a impuestos se informa al Servicio de Impuestos Internos (IRS).<\/p>\n<p>Puede cambiar su elecci\u00f3n dentro de los 30 d\u00edas si tiene un \u201cevento calificado\u201d o durante la inscripci\u00f3n abierta anual.<\/p>\n<p><strong>POR FAVOR CONSULTE SUS FOLLETOS DE PLANES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las disposiciones de elegibilidad, las tarifas y los beneficios pueden cambiar ocasionalmente.
