No hay sustituto para la &quot;Forma Segura&quot; ni excusa para no realizar un trabajo de la &quot;Forma Segura&quot;. En su trabajo, debe seguir las normas de seguridad vigentes y usar el equipo de seguridad proporcionado.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, los accidentes ocurren ocasionalmente, y si se lesiona en el trabajo o en el desempe\u00f1o de sus funciones y no puede trabajar debido a esta lesi\u00f3n, puede recibir una compensaci\u00f3n laboral de acuerdo con la ley estatal. Adem\u00e1s, si sigue los procedimientos adecuados al reportar un accidente, recibir tratamiento m\u00e9dico y no infringi\u00f3 ninguna norma o reglamento de seguridad, la Ciudad puede complementar su salario para alcanzar su salario completo, seg\u00fan el convenio colectivo o la ordenanza municipal.
