Una vez completado el per\u00edodo de prueba, el empleado debe seleccionar una de las opciones de pensi\u00f3n descritas anteriormente.\n<p>Los empleados a tiempo parcial y temporales participan en el Plan de Compensaci\u00f3n Diferida 457. Estos empleados aportaron 7.51 TP3T y la Ciudad aport\u00f3 2.51 TP3T de su salario.<\/p>\n\t\tNavegar a\u2026\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul id=\"menu-hr-employee-handbook\"><li id=\"menu-item-363011\"><a
