Las cantidades que elija ahorrar son antes de impuestos y cualquier ganancia de inversi\u00f3n sobre estas cantidades se acumular\u00e1 con impuestos diferidos. Este programa puede reducir sustancialmente los impuestos sobre la renta actuales y, sin duda, le brindar\u00e1 seguridad financiera en el futuro. Puede consultar todos los detalles del Plan en el Departamento de Recursos Humanos.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando los empleados cumplen los requisitos para uno de los planes de pensiones de la Ciudad, pueden seguir aportando a un plan de compensaci\u00f3n diferida.
