Las normas abarcan todo tipo de ausencias laborales, la notificaci\u00f3n de dichas ausencias, los per\u00edodos de descanso, las horas de almuerzo, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Deber\u00e1 seguir cumpliendo con el Reglamento de Personal, las directivas del Departamento de Recursos Humanos, las directivas del Administrador Municipal y las directivas departamentales. Todas las directivas se publicar\u00e1n en el tabl\u00f3n de anuncios y ser\u00e1 su responsabilidad actualizar dicho Reglamento.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Las solicitudes de permiso por vacaciones, d\u00edas festivos y d\u00edas festivos religiosos deben presentarse por escrito al supervisor de divisi\u00f3n o a su representante designado con al menos 24 horas de antelaci\u00f3n. Se proporciona un formulario para estas solicitudes. La solicitud se conceder\u00e1 en un horario conveniente para el supervisor de divisi\u00f3n y que se ajuste a su horario laboral, en la medida de lo posible. El permiso concedido con menos de 24 horas de antelaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 utilizarse hasta tres veces por a\u00f1o de pago para casos de emergencia.<\/li>\n<li>Todas las ausencias no autorizadas deben notificarse lo antes posible, pero en ning\u00fan caso m\u00e1s tarde de una hora despu\u00e9s del inicio habitual de la jornada laboral. Transcurrida una hora, el empleado se considerar\u00e1 ausente sin permiso durante todo el d\u00eda, salvo que se demuestre que no pudo notificarse dentro de ese plazo. Si la causa de la ausencia es tal que se prev\u00e9 que sea de considerable duraci\u00f3n, deber\u00e1 notificarse el primer d\u00eda, indicando la duraci\u00f3n aproximada estimada.<\/li>\n<li>Al reportar ausencias o tardanzas se deber\u00e1 suministrar la siguiente informaci\u00f3n:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Employee&#8217;s name<\/li>\n<li>N\u00famero de identificaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>DIRECCI\u00d3N<\/li>\n<li>Clasificaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Nombre de la persona que llama<\/li>\n<li>N\u00famero telef\u00f3nico<\/li>\n<li>Reason for absence &#8211; Must be specific , such as: headache, backache, toothache, illness in family (who?), cold, dentist appointment, doctor&#8217;s appointment, etc.<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfEl empleado va al m\u00e9dico?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfD\u00f3nde puede la Ciudad comunicarse con el empleado durante el d\u00eda?<\/li>\n<li>Tiempo estimado de ausencia del trabajo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Una vez que se haya proporcionado y registrado la informaci\u00f3n anterior en el formulario de Informe de Ausencia, a la persona que llame se le dar\u00e1 un n\u00famero. An employee who is:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Ausente sin permiso por primera vez en un per\u00edodo de 12 meses<\/strong>: Se le notificar\u00e1 por escrito que la segunda ausencia sin permiso (un turno asignado) resultar\u00e1 en una suspensi\u00f3n de tres (3) d\u00edas;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ausente sin permiso por segunda vez en un per\u00edodo de 12 meses:<\/strong> Suspensi\u00f3n por tres (3) d\u00edas y aviso escrito de que por tercera vez sin permiso (un turno asignado) el empleado estar\u00e1 sujeto a despido;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ausente sin permiso por tercera vez en un per\u00edodo de 12 meses:<\/strong> Sujeto a despido.<\/p>\n<p>Cada d\u00eda de ausencia sin permiso (un turno asignado) ser\u00e1 un d\u00eda de ausencia sin permiso o una infracci\u00f3n separada en la aplicaci\u00f3n de la regla anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Los pasos anteriores se seguir\u00e1n dentro de un per\u00edodo de 12 meses consecutivos anteriores al \u00faltimo delito de ausencia sin permiso.<\/p>\n<p>Cualquier persona que se retire sin permiso despu\u00e9s del inicio del turno podr\u00e1 estar sujeta a una disciplina mayor que la establecida anteriormente, dependiendo de las circunstancias.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>La impuntualidad puede conllevar medidas disciplinarias, retrasos o denegaci\u00f3n de aumentos salariales por m\u00e9rito, o el despido. Un empleado que:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>LLEGADA cuatro veces en un per\u00edodo de 12 meses: Se le notificar\u00e1 por escrito que la quinta LLEGADA resultar\u00e1 en una suspensi\u00f3n de tres (3) d\u00edas;<\/p>\n<p>TARDANZA cinco veces en un per\u00edodo de 12 meses: Suspensi\u00f3n por tres (3) d\u00edas y aviso escrito de que por la sexta TARDANZA el empleado estar\u00e1 sujeto a despido;<\/p>\n<p>Llegar tarde seis veces en un per\u00edodo de 12 meses: Sujeto a despido.<\/p>\n<p>Los pasos anteriores se seguir\u00e1n dentro de un per\u00edodo de 12 meses consecutivos anteriores a la \u00faltima infracci\u00f3n de TARDANZA.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li>Excessive absenteeism (not to include Birthday, Bereavement, Injury Service Connected, Vacation, Floating Holidays, or Religious Leave Time) can lead to disciplinary action, delayed or denied merit increases, or dismissal. What is excessive depends upon the number of absences, the cause of absences, the duration of the absences, the frequency of the absences, and the prospects for improved attendance. Employees will be given one or more warnings for excessive absenteeism and\/or counseling. Si, por alg\u00fan motivo, no se puede comer en el horario establecido, el supervisor inmediato (o la persona a cargo) podr\u00e1 autorizar un cambio de horario y deber\u00e1 notificar a la oficina divisional sobre dicho cambio y el motivo del mismo.<\/li>\n<li>Los per\u00edodos de descanso normales ser\u00e1n de _____ a _____ y de _____ a _____ . Si, por alg\u00fan motivo, no se puede tomar un per\u00edodo de descanso en el horario establecido, el supervisor inmediato (o la persona a cargo) podr\u00e1 autorizar un cambio de horario y deber\u00e1 notificar a la oficina divisional sobre dicho cambio y el motivo del mismo.<\/li>\n<li>El supervisor de obra (o la persona a cargo) es responsable, durante el horario laboral habitual, de todos los empleados, herramientas y equipos bajo su supervisi\u00f3n. Si el supervisor de obra o alguno de sus empleados debe ausentarse del lugar de trabajo, deber\u00e1 notificarlo a la oficina divisional.<\/li>\n<li>After receiving &#8220;Regular&#8221; status, an employee will be issued uniforms if the job duties require them. After uniforms have been issued, they shall be worn. Any employee reporting for work without a proper uniform may not be allowed to work that day. Employees shall wear issued uniforms for City of Miami Beach employment only, unless authorized.<\/li>\n<li>Al finalizar el empleo, por cualquier motivo, se requerir\u00e1 una entrevista de salida con
