Los planes de trabajo departamentales son necesarios para respaldar las prioridades de planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de la Ciudad y constituyen la base sobre la que se formulan recomendaciones de mejoras, alineamientos de reducci\u00f3n y eficiencias. El Administrador Municipal mantiene una reuni\u00f3n preliminar con cada departamento para revisar las prioridades propuestas para el plan de trabajo y garantizar que respalden las prioridades estrat\u00e9gicas. Tambi\u00e9n se analizan los factores cr\u00edticos para el \u00e9xito del plan de trabajo del departamento, aunque no necesariamente financieros.<\/p>\n\t<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><a
